Update: after I ate 1 bland piece of pizza I took a shower to get ready for bed as it was after 9:30pn. Banging on my hotel door and my cell phone ringing- caller ID was Paul Revers. I orfered a taco pizza at 5pm to be delivered at 8:20 to a local hotel nearby. I usually have good service & food from here so decided to order dinner from here again. The pizza was a little late at 8:35. The delivery kid left quickly and I discovered there was no pizza sauce with the pizza. I couldn’t catch the delivery kid in time so I called the store which is literally 5 minutes away. The guy who answered my call said “ yeah, I forgot the sauce” I asked if he was going to send it d as and he said it will be at least 40 minutes. Seriously?! No disposable plates or napkins like previous orders. The pizza was barely cut and we had to tear it apart. It was bland. Super disappointed. Poor...

Overall impression is a product/experience held to a standard instead of being cut to a price. Where as competitors are most definitely price 1st and quality 2nd. Paul Revere's is a classic nostalgic pizza place with an 1980s feel. This one is set up mainly for delivery and carry out with limited seating space in store. In the pizza world Paul Revere's is something different. Higher quality, with better ingredients then most franchise stores. The prices are fair. Service is good. They offer 20 inch pizzas, which are plenty to feed 4-5 people. Bread sticks follow the same lines as their pizza 1 order is usually enough to accompany the 20". I just call right now a couple of seconds ago and some gentlemen told me that there were clothes that says right there that closed until 2 o'clock and they still deliver pizza Due to the weather conditions they're upset because people are calling in for some pizza because it is snowy outside that is not my problem or others they deliver at this time and they provide pizza at this time they should Demand what they say in there Schedule of ours so fake because they're lazy and they do not want to do their job it's so obvious people on these days they expect hire tips and if it's not worth their time they will not deliver It is so sad how this country and how what is going on today You can't even get food to be delivered at all not these days because it's not their benefit or Not worth them coming out at all...
