Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Celina

Hello, I wanted to share some concerns about this Domino’s location. I’ve been a loyal customer of Domino’s for over 8 years and have tried many different branches. Unfortunately, this particular location consistently disappoints.

Every time I’ve ordered, they seem to skip adding enough sauce, leaving the pizza very dry. I always request the garlic parmesan sauce, but on three separate occasions, the issue has been the same. This might be due to an employee error, or perhaps the staff here haven’t tried pizzas from other branches to understand the standard quality.

For reference, my recent orders were placed around 8 PM, which might help identify who is preparing the pizzas at that time.

I’ve started ordering from another Domino’s location near Preston, where the quality is much better. I hope this feedback helps Domino’s train their employees and improve consistency at this branch. Domino’s pizzas are great, but unfortunately, this location isn’t meeting the standard I’ve...

New to celina...2nd time I have ordered...not only did they tell me they will not allow me have the 50% off online special because I called in...mind you...I have to call because they dont have oir address updated on their site yet (not really my fault) so fine...I order without the special then...the first time I ordered I ordered jalapenos on one of my pizzas and they were not on it, I also asked for crushed red pepper which did not come...so this time I said to zach the guy who took my order please dont forget my crushed red peppers. Delivery drivers gets here...no crushed red pepper and it even says on the box to bring crushed red pepper!!! Not impressed at all!!! The sweet delivery lady had to go back to get my red peppers so I will tip her well but otherwise we will find a new place...

They don't deliver to our address in Celina yet, so we had to do pickup.

Was met upon entry by a welcoming hello and an assurance they would be right with me, and they were. After getting my name, I was asked how my day was going and it seemed very genuine.

I was shown each pizza I ordered to make sure everything was to my liking, which it was. Then I paid and got another nice "Thank you, we appreciate your tip.".

The place was very busy and everyone seemed to be working hard. It was nice that the person working the counter was upbeat, enjoying his job, and taking pride in providing good customer service.

Whoever is managing this store should be proud in their staff, the pride they seem to be taking in their work, and the customer service they are...
