1 star is way too high for our experience. I am actually amazed at what we had happen at the Pizza Hut Celina, Ohio location. We were coming to dine at this Pizza Hut to celebrate a special occasion, they have windows facing the lake and it seemed perfect. I opened the door and was greeted with a very loud obnoxious doorbell next we were met with a woman without a smile to greet us but a pissed off woman upset that we arrived in her presence. We asked about sitting in the section facing the lake, she quickly shut that idea down by saying she and the other person working could not clean the lakeside tables because they were the only 2 working the restaurant. We decided to dine there anyway since we drove so far to experience eating our pizza with a lakeview at sunset and we were seated by this woman, there were only 2 other customers in the whole restaurant on a Saturday night!? (I had my thoughts on why they were empty) We ordered drinks from the very unenthused woman and it was not time to order a yummy pizza! My husband asks about the cheese bites crust and the woman immediately (it was very animated) looked like she had a very grossed out look on her face! We were concerned and asked why that look...is the pizza bad do you have bug problems in the kitchen snd you are tryingbto let us know, what!? What is wrong we asked all concerned at her look. She said "I have to make it! and rolled her eyes" We said "We do not have to spend our hard earned money at this terrible place with this attitude. This review made me select a star for the food but thankfully we did not let it get that far. So if you get that far with this place let me know how it was. I am sure going to let everyone know how it was. Don't waste your time save yourself some uneeded...

There were two of us — my friend ordered an appetizer, and we both ordered main dishes. Oddly enough, my wings came out before her appetizer, which already set things off on the wrong foot.
When the wings arrived, I was genuinely confused. Supposed to be 8 wings — what I actually got was about 4 that could pass as wings, and the rest looked like fryer scraps. Tiny, dry, rock-hard pieces that were cold by the time I bit into them. Check the photos — this is not an exaggeration.
The appetizer came out after my wings (yes, really) and while it tasted okay, the dipping sauce was sitting out in a giant open pan with no lid, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence in cleanliness or freshness.
Finally, the pizza. Messy presentation, ingredients looked carelessly tossed on, and the whole thing just didn’t feel well-prepared. Neither of us finished even half of our meals — and again, the photos speak for themselves.
We didn’t go in expecting a five-star meal, but we did expect something decent and hot, served in a logical order. Instead, the whole experience...
Read moreI had ordered online delivery for my food. The food came about 8 minutes later than it said it would, which I didn't mind as that's still within a reasonable timeframe. However, they gave me the wrong food, and for some reason the person was asking for a pin I should've received in the email? Kind of weird, as this has never been done before. I never realized that the food was wrong at first, as I just assumed they may have substituted the soda on account of not having the one I ordered. No, the food didn't at all match what I had ordered. When I went to call the store.... 3 times it went straight to an automated response, and then nothing. I'm not sure how difficult it is to pick up a phone, even if you have limited workers and are busy. It's not much of a struggle to work and talk on the phone at the same time, yet they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone the 3 times I tried calling. Whatever, I'll just be eating somebody else's food due to incompetence...
