Taco Bell — Restaurant in Celina

I went through the drive through last night...pulled up to the window at 8:02pm and paid the employee, did not receive my food until 8:16pm as I sat there at the window. During that time I watched the employee pick up the grate at the bottom of the pop machine and eat ice cubes with his bare hands that have fell through the grates that are contaminated and dirty, then continue to touch the register, spill an entire sleeve of cup lids on the floor, which he thought was funny, picked them up and never washed his hands. After he saw my frustration he handed me a free taco coupon for the wait that expired two months ago! On top of it all, they forgot $7 worth of my food order (2 items). Called the store today and they would not give me a number for corporate or the owner to file a complaint. Will not eat...

I would leave 0 stars if I could sat for almost an hour in the drive through with only 3 cars in the drive through 4 cars drove off while we were waiting including the one in front of us to get the wrong food that was cold with hair in it to boot the celina location needs to be closed down till they get their act together asked the employees what the problem was and they were no help just told me to complain to corporate which is conveniently closed at this time we've been patient for over a year with this location and I'm over it I'm ready to start protesting in their parking lot I shouldn't have to wait longer for taco bell than a fancy sit...

Just tried to stop at the restaurant in Celina, Ohio and they would not take my order at the front counter. The wanted me to use the kiosk or app. I told them that I just want to order at the counter and they said they don't have a till at the front counter. Which makes no sense since I would be paying cash anyway s. I told them if they did not take my order I was just going to leave. And you can tell that I left and am now eating at I different Mexican restaurant. I will never go there again, this is not the first time something like this happened at Taco Bell in Celina Ohio. Not sure how they are going to stay in business...
