Summer Moon Coffee — Restaurant in Celina

On November 20th my daughter and I ran in to the Celina location grab a snack and some drinks and I was unfortunately disappointed in the service. My whole family and I frequent the Keller and Dallas locations and are always satisfied with our experience. We decided against the food options we originally paid for and it took them 10+ minutes to figure out the refund plus longer for my drinks. I ordered a two half winter moons and they didn’t taste right or how they usually do. After everything with the refund and the experience in general, I didn’t even want to try to have them fix the drinks. The girls who were working weren’t very attentive and seemed more interested in gossiping. I love Summermoon and will continue to go to the Dallas and Keller locations, wish I could have had the same...

I took a brief stop at this coffee shop on my way traveling across the states. This is a nice stop as it's located in the small town of Celina. I arrived a little after 10 am on a weekday to find there is plenty of street parking and the shop itself was steady.

The atmosphere of this place is so beautiful and inviting. There is so much space in between chairs and tables to give you that relaxing and cozy vibe. They specialize in their Moon Milk, which is used in just about every drink. The girl behind the register recommended the Moon Latte. She did forewarn me it was going to be sweet and she was not wrong. It's a great drink that kept me awake for a while.

The staff is friendly and the space is very clean. Although I won't be back, I would recommend this shop for anyone...

Summer Moon in Celina is an absolute gem in the heart of downtown! I ordered the large Summer Moon (a quad latte), and it was nothing short of fantastic. The espresso, oak roasted to perfection, has a rich, warm flavor that’s dark without being over-roasted—smooth, bold, and wonderfully balanced.
