Love Taco Bell (yes I said it) but this location is awful and has been for a few months. They close early and then act like your at fault for showing up. The mobile app allows you to place an order that says along with Google they are open. Previous reviews shows the trend. THESE EMPLOYEES ARE STEALING from Taco Bell. They hang out in the restaurant earning a check but don't work. At 7pm, I placed a mobile order and drove up to a full parking lot, Sign was on, the drive thru open light was on, drive through menu and speaker were on. I could see inside the dining area was dark but FULL of people (my photo can't pick up many, but there was at least 15 people in there - must have been having a party. I get to the speaker that shows the last order amount and wait a minute until a smug employee walks up and says they're closed. I kindly ask they turn off the drive thru sign and lights and he points to the front of my truck and asks didn't feel that? (I have a piece of plastic trim on the truck that constantly falls and thought he was referring to that.) I said yeah that plastic falls all the time. He said No - the bright orange cone you ran over. I said I didn't see it (it was on the right side so possible it blew over in the wind or someone else knocked it over before me) He said but you felt it - I said I felt the plastic trim. He said so you drove through on purpose (as if I'm an idiot that would deliberately drive into a closed drive through expecting I'll get food anyway) I said NO - I thought it was the plastic trim that falls all the time, I didn't see any cone and thought you were open. He said yeah sure and muttered somthing about stupid. I asked for his name and he said you don't need that. I replied yes I do please. He said no you really don't and continued walking off. All he had to do was after I said I didn't see the cone was No worries, we closed at X:00 for X Reason and hope to see you again next time. But before that they could have disabled the app so people dont drive up there or at the very least - turned the lights off. I've had it with this location. I understand staffing shortages, but they need to clean house employee wise since they are just stealing from the company. I'd rather see the location permanently closed if they can't get it together. Taco Bell corporate should be embarrassed.

Title: Heartbreaking Experience at Taco Bell, Celina TX-75009: Disregard for Dietary and Religious Beliefs My recent pick-up order at Taco Bell in Celina, TX-75009 was not only a dietary disaster but also a severe violation of my religious beliefs. As a vegetarian by choice and religiously prohibited from consuming meat, I entrusted Taco Bell to honor my preferences and beliefs. Unfortunately, this trust was shattered in the most disappointing way. Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed that the items contained meat, a direct contradiction to my vegetarian request. Informed by my faith, I approached the Taco Bell staff, hoping for a resolution and a simple correction to my order. However, my plea was met with astonishment and disappointment. Instead of acknowledging their grave error, the staff charged me again and handed me the exact same meat-laden items. The emotional turmoil I experienced during this ordeal was overwhelming. I found myself on the brink of tears due to the blatant disregard for both my dietary and religious convictions. This behavior is inexcusable and inconsiderate, to say the least. In an age where understanding and respecting diverse dietary choices and religious beliefs should be the norm, my experience at Taco Bell in Celina, TX-75009 was a stark reminder that there is still work to be done. The handling of this situation was not only disrespectful but also deeply hurtful. I implore Taco Bell's management to take this incident seriously, reevaluate their staff training, and implement measures to prevent such distressing experiences in the future. As a vegetarian with religious dietary restrictions, I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure the anguish that I experienced during my visit to Taco Bell.

I used to love Taco Bell (I know...it's not real Mexican food, blah, blah blah... but I like the food for what it is.) However, since moving to Celina I've noticed that this particular franchise is simply subpar at best. Before COVID the inside was hardly ever clean and most of the staff were mediocre. Since COVID it's gotten even worse. I hate to see what the inside looks like now, but I can just imagine now that I'm forced to use the drive through. The menu selections seems to shrink constantly, leaving only items I don't care about or items that don't handle the ride home without becoming soggy. They don't even try to get the food to appear appetizing anymore. I ordered a taco yesterday and it was pathetic (see photo.) Also, I've noticed a steady decline in the quality of customer service. It's as if they simply do not care. Let me give you a tip: The driver behind me appeared to be having trouble ordering or choosing what he wanted to order. Well, whatever the situation was, it was probably not a good idea to let other customers, like myself, hear 2 or 3 of the employees getting upset, mad or disparaging that customer. If they didn't care that they speak that way in front of the customers I can only imagine what they might say about me after I drive away.
