I don’t know where to start. Maybe with how I cannot Simply express how fantastic this eatery is. It is a magical experience each time I step foot into the establishment

Everyone from the bright and energetic hostess, Natalie, to my waitress Mya.. ensured my valuable time was enjoyable. But wait.. it’s not that Simple.. EVERYONE there was so attentive and helpful

While I was in a trance devouring my aromatic beef pho with a side of Vietnamese sandwich - banh mi (both by far the best within 8,765.07 miles) I noticed they had a lunch menu (great value btw) and looked very intriguing. My mind was uneasy later that night because it was trying to silence my cravings. I returned the next day to take advantage of the menu and was greeted by Alice. I mentioned I was on a lunch break and would like to be swift if possible. She promptly seated me and before I can get fully situated, waitress Christina was already there and ready to take my order. She was very informative and helped me make a decision because I Simply couldn’t just order everything on the menu. The crispy egg noodle dish is so delectable, it put my taste buds in a state of ecstasy. I wrapped up my lunch, impulsively ordered another meal as a snack at the office. Christina’s fellow staff members (Kellie, Stephanie, and Lisa) was kind enough to check on me too

Customer service here is Simply top notch, professional, and outright fantastic. You can tell they’re family owned and genuinely care. I will be back regularly until the staff knows my shoe size and have tried every enticing item on their menu. Oh last thing to mention before I clock out… they are TRULY vegan-friendly. That is all. I was so happy to find Simply Pho in Celina, when I googled for a location near Pilot Point last Friday. The restaurant is slightly hidden in the back and off to the side (next to Papa John’s) and is not visible from Preston RD. I ordered pickup online through their website a large Combination Beef Pho and paid for extra noodles and meat. Oh my goodness, the big plastic bowl that my food came in, was packed generously to the rim with meat! They had my extra noodles, nicely packed to the side. My order was ready in under 10 minutes! An amazing value for the price with much more product compared to the other pho places we have tried in nearby Prosper, such as Ginger & Spice. The pho was also far-superior in flavor than any other pho establishment that we have tried in Prosper/Celina. It was so good, my husband and I went a second time to dine in on Sunday. This visit, I ordered the beef pho again and my husband ordered their green curry with chicken and Tom Kha soup with shrimp. They didn’t have a spice level system to choose from, but we told our waitress that we would like the spice at a level 3 out of 5. The Tom Kha soup had a spicy kick, but the curry was definitely not a 3 (more like a 1 or a 2). It was still very delicious and my husband very much enjoyed both.
