Food has been wrong every time we have ordered. I finally called to let them know it was wrong this time. The gentleman I spoke to first wrote everything down and gave us the option of driving to the store to pick up what was wrong, a refund, or a credit. We chose a credit for a future order. I asked him how we would know that it got processed, and he said he would have to check with his manager. So the kid who claimed to be the manager (refused to give us his name) said we would have to go into the store to get the credit and I explained to him that wasn't going to work for us since we only order delivery and asked for the refund option instead. He then snapped back at me saying "you can come pick it up EVER?!" So I responded with "you can't get my food right EVER?!" He then hung up on me. So we called back and this kid proceeded to argue with my husband and when I asked if he really was the manager, he told me no yelled he's going to process the refund and hung up again. Read moreMy husband and I came here Wednesday night after 9pm to get dinner and we had to find dinner elsewhere. There was a young lady as captured in the image and a young man in the kitchen area. The lady was on FaceTime with someone and the young man was changing the grease or something. After about 6 minutes of not being addressed my husband called out mind you the lady looked at us a few times but didn’t saying anything. The young man went by the restroom to call out for someone name Miguel. He never showed up the my husband becked for someone and the young lady came to the front still on FaceTime with a male as it was clear when she passed us. She called out for Miguel what seemed like 5 minutes later. Finally she opened her mouth to us to let us know he’s coming. He went back to the grease she went back to her phone call. We never saw Miguel. We left there and went to the Celina location. For the record I’ve never experienced this as I’m use to the female manager being there and she is pristine at customer service. I ordered boneless buffalo wings and they were incredibly dry with barely any sauce. I also requested extra seasoning on the fries and got almost none—and to make it worse, the fries were soft and undercooked.
