Westside Carry Out — Restaurant in Celina

Great food, terrible service!!! I had called to place an order, and i had ended up calling the wrong store so when i went to pick up my food in shawnee they didn’t have it. I called the Celina location back to get my money refunded and the manager was out so the employee stated he would give me a call about the situation and getting my money back. When the manager of the Celina location called, very respectfully i told him what had happened and he raised his voice with me and stated it’s all over google and everything else that this is the Celina location and that i needed to read which location it was, then when i told him i didn’t mean to do it i stated what the employee said to me which was, “ this has been happening every other day to us” and so I suggested he has the employees when they answer the phone state it’s the Celina location not shawnee. The manager didn’t like that and said “why do we have to change what we do when you guys are the ones making the mistake!” I laughed and stated “you’re really getting upset with your customers when it has been a common mistake lately!” that’s when the manager said “you’re not even a customer” Never again will i be giving my time or letting anyone else i knows time to this place of business! NOT...

The breadsticks and cheese cup we received both had mold growing. When we returned the items and asked for a refund, owner refused to refund our money. He was extremely rude. *owner later offered $10 refund but never issued it. He was asked to just give the money back but refused. 6 pieces of the large pizza were ate prior to seeing the mold then was thrown away. Freedom of speech allows me to share my review. Thank you! *Nothing I said or posted is incorrect. I have pictures I can add of the cheese and breadsticks with the mold to show everyone. No refund was ever given by the owner, not even $1 when total order was over $20 and no food could be eaten after seeing mold on 2 items--and he actually blocked me and deleted my review from his facebook page. Great local food. Price is right service is excellent. Great place great pizza. The above comment was from two years ok everything was amazing went there last night ordered buffalo chicken nachos and I got a box of tortilla chips covered in buffalo sauce and a single piece of fajita chicken and about a bushel of jalapeno peppers. I literally threw it in the trash. Very disappointed but everywhere in town has seemed to gone downhill. So I shouldn't have expected much for a 8.00 buffalo chicken nachos.and everything else we ordered was not prepared correctly. Soggy fries cold sub not fully cooked pickles. I will not be returning. Maybe it was a new person because every other time...
