Starbucks — Restaurant in Centennial

I ordered a drink through the drive thru today on my way to an event. I ordered a grande mocha cookie crumble with no whip. When the batista initially gave me my drink I saw there was Whipped cream on the top and the bottom. They took it back and a minute late gave me a new drink. I immediate noticed the batista just scooped the Whipped cream off the top and a few sips in realized it was hard to drink. When I removed the lid I saw there was Whipped cream throughout the middle of the cup. If I am ordering a 6$ drink and my only ask is that there is no Whipped cream I expect the drink to be made/remade properly. This is not okay, there could be a dietary reason as to why I don't want Whipped cream. This is why I don't do to starbucks often as the barustas clearly don't care and as someone who worked at starbucks for 6 years this is not a hard request...

Our group of 4 (bestie & her husband, me & my husband) came in to get drinks for pregnancy announcement pictures, the staff was super friendly and bubbly when we got there. When we told the staff what we were doing (as we had some weird requests) they were all super excited and extra sweet during our entire visit— helped us put up one of the umbrellas outside, gave us some coffee beans for a picture that said “time to spill the beans”, asked to see some sneak peaks when we came back inside to throw away our stuff; overall simply the best group of baristas we’ve encountered in a long time. 10/10, definitely letting the store mgr & corp know how amazing they all were!! Thank you all for making our special trip even...

-8:06am enter mobile order -8:20 ask staff if they have my order (they have lost it before blaming the printer..) -they insist i didnt order til 8:17 -i show the receipt that i ordered at 8:06 -they say keep on waiting -8:30 they call for sean and im so excited -its a different sean -8:37 i ask (again) did you lose my order? As someone who ordered after me gets hers -they say heres your order (some barista placed it without saying my name) -worst macchiato ive ever had. Guessing they made it poorly cuz i asked twice if they lost my order. Over 30 minutes to get a $7 cup of coffee that is by far the worst I’ve ever had…… Never again...
