Krystal — Restaurant in Center Point

Old food bad service. When I called to speak to the manager I was told we can't give you money back and we can't remake it then he hung up in my face. I called back and a lady answered and said she was the manager as well she apologized and offered to remake it. When I went up there the guy who said he was a manager that hung up in my face had dreads and he said the lady was in the restroom. I checked my food before I left. When I got home to eat there was sooo much salt on my krystals I'm pretty sure he did that on purpose. My elder mother ate that old food before we realized it was old my daughter is vomiting 🤢. I will be reaching out to corporate. There's so many complaints at this location and the replies to the reviews are all automated responses. The owners clearly doesn't care about the ppl or the city of Center Point. The issue hasn't been resolved. Obviously the employees need to be retrained as well as retaking the food handling card. I'm also calling the health department and providing them the pictures I have. Food must be kept a certain way and it's clearly my being done. I suggest you all care more about the quality of the food or this will be another location that closes. I hate that but it's likely if you're not taking the feedback from your customers seriously. The customers are why you're in business why not take the feedback. As a owner you worked hard to get to where you are why would you allow employees to run your customers away. ...

How dare you..!! This place just opened and your company allows the management to run this restaurant with only one person , the wait in line was over 24 minutes (I only did it, because I love my husband and he had a taste for Krystal Burger's with ''no cheese & 2 corn dogs''. I get home it's a box with Krystals, all cheese , harder than a brick, I totally don't understand, how can any bread or sandwich get that hard and some of the sandwiches have writing on it. So is this old bread.(That molded to the bag and they used it any way).? Today is March 16, but the numbers printed on the bread says March 6 or March 9... Ordered my food online. When I arrived at the speaker I was told they just got it and to go park. After 30+ minutes, the young guy walks out with the people who just ordered at the speakers' meals and said 2 more minutes. I said what is taking so long. I only had 5 corn dogs, 5 small fries, and a steamer box. He said we'll it came through 2 minutes before you pulled up. I understood that, but when I stopped him, it had already been 25+ minutes of waiting in the parking spot. I got my food, and 12 of the 24 burgers were made wrong. After over an hour from when I placed my order, I finally got to leave. By this time, everything else was now cold and had to be reheated. This place is a joke.
