OK, I ordered two medium specialty pizzas And I ordered One of the pizzas with extra cheese it was a carryout order when my son picked it up and I got it. I noticed that I didnāt receive extra cheese on the the pizza that I ordered it on so I called the restaurant and I told them my concerns that I did not get the extra cheese on my pizza well guy argue with me and say yes I did. I was like no I did not. How can you tell me? I would not be calling if I have received the extra cheese on the pizza so he said what do you want me to do for you maāam I can give you a two dollar credit on your Niece order and I said what can I do with two dollars yeah I donāt have anything for two dollars and he said heās gonna be a half a cup of cheese either way Iām like no I do not want a two dollar credit. I want you to remake my pizza with extra cheese on it and he had the Most nasty attitude because they got it wrong not me and he refused to remake the pizza. He told me to bring it in so he can refund me which itās an inconvenience because my car is not here and I was very hungry and upset His name was Tony and he claimed heās a store manager Do not need to be with the attitude like that not good at serving customers at all refused to give his last name and I found out that they just became their own franchise yesterday so this maybe why he have a nasty attitude made me very upset. I will just order my pizzas from another Pizza Hut from now on which is the inconvenience because this is close by me. People got to do better when it comes to other people paying...

Food arrived over an hour late, undercooked and cold(I ordered from work to be delivered to my house so that my babysitter could feed my kids). Attempted to contact the store for over 2hrs on the phone. Called the call center location and was placed on hold for a supervisor for over 37mins. When a supervisor answered at the call center, I was told that since this is a franchise location, there was no type of compensation the corporate office could offer. The supervisor then proceeded to contact the store for 15mins and was unable to get an answer. He advised to continue to call the story until someone answers or to go into the location when I get off at 11pm. I tried calling the store several more times in order to get an answer and the phone was picked up twice and hung up in my face. Currently sitting on hold, again, with the store manager for the 1st time and the clock is currently 12 minutes and 21 seconds. I will ultimately dispute the transaction...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs others have said, they will screw up your order or not even start, and leave you waiting forever and not tell you. They ran out of the crust we ordered (normal and stuffed). Left us waiting, and then told us they never started bc they were out of the crust. I told them to make any substitutions they had to and put a rush on it. Then 15 mins later, we went to check and they said they still hadn't started because they were out of the other crust. They were doing this to everyone in the lobby last night.
There was a manager there hiding in the back and not supporting his employees. They were clearly stressed out. He should have been on the calling every order to either cancel or make substitutions, not letting people stand in line to be told their order was never started. You need to fire whoever was night manager at this...
