DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I placed an order online resulting to spending $43.64. This order was delivered to my home. Upon receiving order I noticed that one of the four sandwiches was completely incorrect. It consisted of a sauce similar to thousand island, shredded cheese, and many other sauces that was not asked for on this sandwich. I proceeded to call the store in which the employee/owner answered. I explained to them my order was incorrect and he stated he would cancel my order and replace them. I questioned how when the order was already delivered. He then said that he would refund me my money. I was hungry so I decided to go to the store instead after paying for delivery to get my order straightened out and the same person who answered the phone was there. I waited patiently in line until he got to me and then began to explain that I was the caller. I guess he didnāt think that I was going to come to the store regarding my order because he began to make up lies about not being able to refund and that he didnāt cancel my order. He began to get loud with me in front of customers and told me to call subway.com. I stated the number that is showing on my order is his store number and if he could give me a number. He began to yell and wanted to put me out. This resulted in him then calling the police on me. The police honestly witnessed how rude he was and so did other customers as they were complaining before I entered the building. Iām glad that this matter did not turn out worst. So many African Americans are being killed and he called the police over a subway sandwich he made incorrectly. I got a veggie sandwich instead. I took the sandwich back to this place to have a new on made or a refund. The lady manager was not in when I got there so the girl that was there called her manager on the cell phone and told her my issue. The girl put me on speaker phone and as I was about to explain to the manger what happened the manager started yelling over talking me and cutting me off saying you didnāt order that you ordered a veggie sandwich and I canāt give you a refund call your bank!! I told her call the bank for what I paid you for the sandwich.(My co worker said she was talking on the phone at the time she was making the sandwich and probably didnāt hear him. He was sure what a subway melt was so he thought it was made right). She then proceeds to yell I can add the meat to your veggie sandwich and charge the extra fee for the meat. I told her the sandwich was soggy and I wanted a new one made and I will pay the difference. She yelled no your sandwich was right Iām not giving you a refund and Iām not making you a new one!! Today, a woman named Kamani (or whatever her name is,) claimed to be the manager, though we have never seen her before. I have never had an issue here when the male manager is working, the times that we do go. The sandwich was made wrong, not properly cut, missing items, completely sloppy. I calmly asked Kamani to remake it, and she refused, saying she could only add to it for an additional fee. I thanked her for offering to fix what she messed up if I paid more but told her Iād rather get a refund. That is when she got loud and unprofessional, saying she does not do refunds and that she was the manager.
