Their food is pretty good however their customer service is questionable. I have been told that they will deliver to me (20 min away) IF they are not busy. And since we are regulars they have been very kind. I called today and asked if they were busy and told the man on the phone that they said they would deliver if they werenât. He said yes then he said if you get a substantial order ( I have never been told that before). He said let me get your order in and then he said âyou know IF you buy at least $40 then we will deliverâ as if he just picked that number from thin air. My order came to $32. We have food restrictions. Their desserts are horrible. There was nothing else I could order. My husband was willing to go pick it up but I said no as we have always given them $10-15 tip for driving the extra 5 min. Itâs this one manager. Honestly, for a restaurant that is not busy to turn down a $30+ delivery and a $10-15 tip, they obviously donât need my business đĄ.
update as you can see the âownerâ responded. But this isnât the âownerâ this is the manager We have had issues with. We ordered from here again after we thought it was the owner who left that message and the manager corrected us. The manager we had that time was very kind, so we tried to order again tonight. however we ordered $49 worth of food and asked for delivery and the bad manager we had before decided to tell my husband this was just an exception that they would deliver to us, my husband mentioned this âresponse on googleâ as an agreement that the other manager ( the nice one, said they would honor). The manager then said they will make this exception. FYI I just googled directions from my house to the restaurant. It is 16 minutes at 6:20 pm on a Wednesday night! All of this over 1 minute! This manager should NOT be a manager there. It sucks because we love their food! Yet this manager has major ego issues and has a complex. I have screenshot the âanswerâ you gave us. First you âclaimâ to be the owner, second you state you WILL deliver to us for over $40. This should be the end of it. Why are you singling us out to harass when we order?! Why?! This happens again and I will seek legal counsel over the unfair treatment we receive from a particular manager in your establishments name. I really REALLY hope you are making EVERYONE who is 16 minutes away and order delivery spend over $40 and even when they spend $49 I hope you make them thank you repeatedly and beg for it. If you arenât, then you are...
Read moreHumiliates customers by throwing them out of the dining area after they were told to be seated because they didn't spend enough money. We spent $16.96 before drinks but apparently ordered from the "wrong menu". When I had went into the lobby I picked up a dining menu and looked at it briefly. A waitress asked if I wanted to see a takeout menu. I didn't know there was a big difference in the 2 menus and no one mentioned it. There wasn't any signs either. Of course we had wanted to dine in because I was originally looking at a dining room menu!!! So we ordered 2 meals at the counter because a woman motioned for us to come forward. Then we didn't know why there was an awkward silence and I said, "Can we eat here?" Because I was confused as to why no one was telling us where to sit. Then she said , "yes, have a seat". So we seated ourselves and were ready to order drinks from the waitress. When instead she told us we needed to leave! We said, "Why?!". And she said it was because they don't serve such small orders in the dining area! They threw us out into the mall food court with a bag of food and no silverware, napkins or drinks. On the way out the host said, âWould you like to be seated?". I said, "No, they said we can't dine in here.". He said, "Sure you can dine here.". I said, " No actually we got kicked out!" He wasn't phased. Then later I complained to a man behind the counter and he said it was not their fault because we ordered from the wrong menu and they don't serve people who order from the takeout menu in the dining room. I said "well how was I supposed to know that?" And he said, "customers usually don't order at the counter if they're dining in". I said, "a woman told me to have a seat". He said she heard me wrong so it's not their fault. If I would have been given the "correct menu", I would have ordered from it. I didn't get all dressed up on my dad's birthday to eat in the food court with no silverware. I'll never go...

Up until my final few seconds in the restaurant, I actually had a very lovely meal. My sashimi was delicious and the service was sufficient, so I was thinking that I had found another restaurant to add to my rotation - until the bill came.
The server brought my bill and I noticed that they didnât charge me for my club soda (which is a hit or miss at restaurants as some consider it water and others donât) so I was pleasantly surprised. I dropped my credit card and a few minutes later the server returned with the credit card slip to sign.
I paused and kept looking at the total because it was higher than the check she brought me moments ago. Underneath the credit card slip was a new bill with a new total showing the charge of the club soda. The server had processed the higher bill without even coming to me first and apologizing that the first bill was wrong. Or, even better, just absorbing the cost because she made the mistake.
Instead of walking away happy, I am walking away feeling angry and deceived. I am so bummed that they ruined this experience.
They wonât see me again. I hope the extra $2.12 they charged me...
