We've been going to this location for years. They've had their share of turnover and most employees have been really great. Unfortunately the majority of the current staff is not very friendly or helpful. In addition to our regular visits, we've also been going for the after 3 pm Thursday specials since early spring and never needed a code. On Thursday May 10, I stopped and was rushed through the ordering process, got to the window and was charged full price (should've been half off). I asked for my receipt and the barista hesitantly gave it to me, then quickly closed the window. Thanks a lot, guys. You couldn't tell your regular customers that they needed a code this week? To top off my poor experience, my drink tasted terrible. They were crazy busy and I got my drink very fast. I assume they were just throwing stuff together without regard for following procedure. Read moreI went through the drive through today. There was only one person in front of me. My 3 month old started to cry, but I wasnt worried because it shouldn't take long. Boy was I wrong! I sat for 6min behind the other car. It then took an extra 5 min! All I ordered was a sausage egg cheese sandwich and a tall decaf coffee. The lady at the window handed me my sandwich and the window closed and she yells "No decaf! Cmon guys!" And I had to wait because they had to do a poor over. Which she didnt tell me until I got my coffee handed to me. It was chaos inside that store. I dont know what was happening, but they were so unorganized. To top that off, I drive away and realize they gave me the WRONG breakfast sandwich! Ugh! I dont get a chance to treat myself to Starbucks as much as I used to. So this was extremely disappointing. Read moreThe worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. While other Starbucks that I’ve visited have returned to letting you grab your own mobile order, this one is so disorganized. The “mobile order” pickup table is now a folding table with a sign that says for Uber Eats only. They put all mobile orders by the drive thru counter assuming that everyone who mobile orders will be picking up in the drive thru which is not true, I indicated on the app when I placed my order that I would be picking up in store, yet they still put my order by the drive thru. When I arrived, I stood by the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and I had to tell the barista my name 3 times in order to get my order.
