Stopped in around 11am Sunday. Sat in the bar area. Ordered pepsi and a bottle of bud light. One person brought my pepsi another one brought the beer. Both weren't our server. My husband thought the beer tasted weird. Looked for the date and it expired on August of 2023. Someone brought another one looked like the manager she looked right at the date and that expired January 2024 she said this is better and gave it to my husband. We ordered 2 lemon rice soups, chicken tenders and a BBQ burger. The soup was very watery and hardly any rice. The chicken nuggets were huge. Looked like they cut actual chicken breasts in half and hand breaded them. They had no taste, very dry and super chewy. The server got my husband's burger wrong and brought out a burger with egg on it. Told her it was wrong took it in the back and when it came back out in like 2 minutes you could see it was the same burger without the egg on it, smothered the top with bbq so u could see the egg pieces. A finger mark pushed thru the burger and the plate and grease and the runny egg part still on the plate. Won't be going back. 40 bucks for not very good food. Pappas told me to email to go over what happened at my visit. I emailed with no response after a week. Guess they don't...
Read moreMy boyfriend called and ordered a 4 piece fried chicken dinner and was super disappointed. The pieces of chicken were so small they could have been from a Cornish hen. His side dishes were mashed potatoes and a dinner salad. The potatoes were VERY bland and not a good consistency. The dinner salad was the only thing that was decent enough for him to eat. He got no bread/crackers, no utensils and no salt/pepper even though he asked for all of those. He said the chicken could have been made by a 5 year old child. So he paid $16.39 for a meal that was pretty much inedible. When he got there and paid the bill he noticed a very small sign saying that there is a 2% surcharge on all credit card transactions...this is not a tip, just a little secret way they can get more money I guess. Nobody mentioned that at all...even when she saw that he was paying using a credit card. Our family has tried this restaurant 3 times (to try and be fair) but the food has disappointed us each time. I have read the reviews and the restaurant gets good reviews quite often...but we are done giving them chances...three...
Read moreI really hate leaving bad reviews, but we tried to solve the problem before we left, but we were totally dismissed. I sent my spaghetti bolognese back because it was not hot and it did not taste good. It was not a problem at all for me, I took a bite and didn’t eat it anymore. The server was nice about it. I got the bill and it seemed like they still charged me for it, so I just asked for some clarity. I’m guessing it was the manager who came over and said she took the bolognese off but still charged me over $5 for a piece of garlic bread and the side of fries that came with the bolognese. We explained they don’t even tell you the spaghetti sauce does taste different and I didn’t eat any of it. She just walked away and ignored us the rest of the time we were there. So I was charged $30 for (2) appetizers, fries, and (1) piece of toast. I wish they would 1. Explain what their dishes have in them (I had no idea there was cinnamon in the sauce) and 2. Not Nickle and dime customers (at least be polite if you’re...
