Horrible experience all 3 times I went there. Do not go to this subway if you have an order of more than 2 sandwiches cause they will destroy them. The workers don’t know what they’re doing, I ordered a Spicy Italian sandwich and a Italian BMT, and both only came with just pepperoni and salami on it, even after telling them to add extras. The sandwich makers don’t care, and after asking to speak to a manager, I get forwarded too someone who isn’t a manager, and said that they can’t do anything. Horrible business and customer service. If you are going to run a fast food chain, at least get people who can make the food right without screwing it up every chance they get. Kinda gross experience. The employee making my food was coughing and sniffling every 10 seconds.. she would try to kinda turn her head but she was bringing her hand up with her gloved hands and didn’t change gloves before handling my sandwich and kept hacking the whole time. When I politely said I was uncomfortable, she responded with, “Really, you’re not going to eat it because I coughed?” I made it pretty clear I was not going to be eating the sandwich because it was pretty gross, and paid anyways. This is a serious food safety issue and gross. If you’re sick and can’t stop hacking you shouldn’t be making someone’s food. after placing my order and waiting for 5 minutes for Gloria the manager to argue with an employee about the drawer being short, " this should be done in back office, for anyone with common sense" she finally was going to let me pay.
