My husband and I went to this location a few weeks ago just for the strawberry Dubai cups. Initially the staff was very welcoming and greeted us when we walked in. I stood in line to order 3 cups and by my assumption either the music in there is too loud or the cashier simply didn’t hear me correctly but put in a different order besides my 3 cups that I asked to be packaged to go. Once Paid and out the door I checked my order and it was 3 completely different items than what i asked for and I went in to let them know that’s not what i ordered. Immediately the staff all turned around to look at me and one of them rolled her eyes at me and called 4 other girls to her and huddled into a little circle and they kept whispering and looking back at my husband and I like gossiping children. I offered to pay the difference and they completely ignored me and continued to whisper amongst themselves. I understand this is a new location but please talk to your staff about communication or what to do in these situations I was made to feel like I was in the wrong and my cups were made in a rush to where it was mainly chocolate in the cup. $14 each cup just to have an awful interaction with more than one staff member and get little to no strawberries and just melted chocolate. I was very excited for their opening. I placed an order for the Valentines Day presale of chocolate covered strawberries and a Dubai Chocolate Bar. They confirmed the order and I never heard back about a pickup date or time. So here we are on Valentines Day and I reach out asking if the order is done. They reply at 3:15pm today, Valentines Day - stating that it is. So I go in the dessert shop and am told that they do not have my order. The young lady gets the manager. I show him the order email. He tells me it should’ve been picked up yesterday. I tell him that I was never was told that, it’s not even on their original listing. Additionally, it was a Valentines Day presale order so it make sense to come in on Valentines Day… I also confirmed as I already stated. He then tells me that they sold my order and he can make it again but it will take 20-30 minutes. I politely said no and headed out. I will not be wasting my time or money on this place moving forward....
Read moreI have now been here about 4 times just to confirm. Only the second time I came to this establishment had the ladies been extremly polite and not looking like what do I say to these people. What is the deer in headlights look for when any other races than Caucasians come into the establishment? Very weird. The cups could sell themselves but I have also noticed my cups have been shorted never made the same as the first 2 times. Mind you my order is always $60 to 100 everytime I come to the establishment. The truth of the matter is customer service needs big improvement. They removed the button game but to be honest they should of removed one or two of the 5 associates that are just standing around looking confused doing absolutely nothing. Consistant with the amount being put into the cups and bowls the cup is almost 20 bucks so to short someone is crazy!!
