UPDATE 7/2/2024 INITIAL REVIEW BEFORE 2 YEARS OLD
I'm going to have to downgrade my review to 2 stars, and even that's being generous. I placed an online order an hour in advance to be picked up at 6:45pm and upon arrival exactly at the time stated I still had to wait 10 minutes or until after all the customers in the lobby were taken care of to include someone that came in after me who was handed their online order right away. I don't want to play the race card, but the employees were young Caucasians and reality is reality. Everyone had their orders handed to them, but mine was sat on top of the counter by an unfriendly young Caucasian girl who called my name to advise me my order was ready after she had already walked away. My ice cream containers were dirty, wet, and sticky, and I needed to wipe them off with a rag before putting it in the freezer. I didn't receive my 2nd waffle bowl that I ordered, and I paid a tip in advance, of which I'll never do it again. They'll have to earn that tip from now on if I return. I paid $35 & now I don't even want the ice cream. Horrible customer service horrible experience this time. And to think of all the views my initial review received and the business I've stirred their way from it.
It was my first time going today, and I was pleasantly delighted and overwhelmed with the 🍌caramel crunch in the 🧇 bowl. I added 🥜 🧈 and fudge to it, and I had to make a mad dash 🏡 before it melted all over me, but it was absolutely delicious! I recommend paying them...

Since the pandemic has shut down the world, there’s been very little to do. My family and I began going to Cold Stone since there was not much else open. Trying the different creations has been our entertainment during this dark time. Along with the delicious treats, my family and I have also enjoyed a young worker whom always seems to be working. She’s attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. My kids enjoy her singing when they put a tip in the jar. Tonight we were shocked to see TWO OF HER! The girls explained that they are TWINS!
These young ladies are remarkable! I have watched each of them keep their cool when the store is busy - which is often. They are patient with our young children - who can be extremely indecisive at times. They suggest amazing mixtures - each one has been better than the last! Their kindness and gratitude shines through their eyes while wearing what I can only imagine to be an uncomfortable and hot facial mask.
As the world begins to open up again and more activities become available, my wife and I will continue to bring our family to Cold Stone - not only for the delicious treats, but for the impeccable service as well!

Read moreColdstone used to be my favorite icecream place but the customer service here is terrible. Last week I placed a pickup order at 8 pm and it said it would be ready around 8:19pm. So when I get there I let them know I’m there and it’s not ready yet so I waited patiently knowing sometimes it’s not always ready exactly when they say. 15 minutes go by and I let them know i’m still waiting to remind them. they said 5 more minutes. Time keeps going by and they didn’t finish my order til 8:55. They are very unorganized and do not work together as a team. ZERO sense of urgency. I asked if I could get a refund or some coupons due to waiting forever and it being a pickup order to AVOID waiting. They said they couldn’t do anything and to call the next day when a manager would be there. So I called and the manager did completely understand and was in shock and she said she could send me some coupons over on email and I never received them. Everything...
