Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Center

The pizza is always hot and fresh. No problem there. I like anchovies. Some Pizza Huts have them and some don't so I always ask. I understand that too. But for some reason, this time I politely asked why. The answer I got floored me. It's because "some people are allergic to them so therefore they don't even offer them". Well, some people are allergic to mushrooms. Some people are allergic to tomatoes. Some people are lactose intolerant. Maybe they should stop offering mushrooms, tomato sauce, and cheese on their pizzas. Welcome to today's snowflake generation and those who appease them for the sake of not offending anyone. Well.....I'm offended.

Update. Today, I decided to revisit since I was meeting a friend for lunch and this is where she wanted to go. Ok.....I ordered the lunch "express" meal, which includes a drink for $1 more. I asked for the drink. I was informed that the drink machine was broken. I asked for a 20 oz bottled drink from the cooler. I was told I could have that but it will be regular price. Um......"no it won't! I want the advertised $1 drink." "Sir, the drink machine is broken." " That's not my problem. You advertised the deal, you follow through." The employee responded, "well........". No way! "Get me your manager!".....then they screwed up my friend's order and shipped it out with a delivery. I don't think I'll be giving my money to this establishment anymore. Decent food, but not worth the...

I thought about the rating of stars that should be left, but considering I would not want to come here even if I was on a carriage drawn by 100 horses with a swarm of bees chasing me..... ONE! Mainly because zero isn't an option. For a place that charges for tiny, little ranch cups, one would think the customer service would at least be a 3 star rating. AT LEAST. Unfortunately, one of your employees decided to be extremely rude to one of your loyal customers. He was working a double, and only wanted a pizza. Your employee completely ruined his want to eat at your establishment again. Considering the over priced pizzas, and it is a small town (word gets around), I would say very bad decision making skills on your employees part. He made those comments towards a person who happens to be very well liked; with many friends and family. Your employee's behavior was especially uncalled for. When the customer called back asking for the manager...your same employee said HE was the manager. We have since learned this is not true. So, not only is he rude and curses with customers on the phone, but he pretends to be the manager. Very unprofessional. I hope your employee gets better customer service training; he is severely lacking. If your employee still insists on being a douchebag....get him some Jesus and teach him what a...

We always order online per app or call ahead. Pinapple, red onion, pepperoni & of course cheese on reg crust is a fav. Also, the boneless buffalo chicken bites in honey bar-b-que sauce are always ahhhhmazing, every👏🏻single👏🏻time👏🏻 | Another fav is pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms & red onion | I gave 4 instead of 5 stars on the Food bc there’s has been a few times the pizza was either waaay overcooked orr half the slices was only crust | This is our family’s go to Pizza Place so we have always had a great experience with ordering & being done within 15-25 mins depending on day of week or how many pizzas ordered, that type of stuff. Has no affect on my eating though, stuff happens. So yes Pizza Hut is for sure a place to order & use your app to stack your rewards! One last thing, since we always ordered ahead of time I had nothing for the atmosphere rating....
