I placed an order online tonight, 10 minutes in advance so they’d have time to prepare the two drinks I ordered. When I arrived, I let them know I was there. I work in fast food- it sucks. I could see they were understaffed, and it was busy (really busy for a Sunday night). I didn’t mind waiting a little longer than usual.
I waited 40 minutes for two large drinks. I witnessed 4 other people, who arrived after me and placed their order’s there, get their orders.
I also calmly let the intercom woman know that I was still there, and it had been 35 minutes- she was rude. But I get it- being employed at a fast food chain isn’t anyone’s dream job, so I don’t expect to get treated like I’m top priority.
When the car hop gets there with my order, the drinks are wrong, watered-down, and flat. She was really sweet, and I emphasized with her, but 40 minutes?? My drinks were remade- someone probably spit in them, but that’s cool.
So after 45 minutes of waiting, I recommend hiring some more people. Or- maybe treat your employees better so they’re not understaffed and...

Asked for a refund, only refunded one item, had to go request from the manager for the refund of all items we did not get. My lady friend likes drinks that she can only get at Sonic.
