Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Centerville

South Dayton School of Dance has been ordering a large number of pizzas for our summer camps from this store for over 10 years and we have loved the service up to this point! However today we had to make a change due to the rude treatment from a manager who did not give her name. I asked for a 10:30am delivery time as I have done every summer for 10 years including earlier this summer in June (when it was accommodated just fine). They explained that they open at 10:30 and could not complete that order. I explained that I do this every summer and every manager I have spoken to said that they can call the delivery driver to see if they can come in early and make it work for me. In the past it has never been an issue and I tip generously for their time and efforts while also thanking them profusely. However when I called today I got a very rude attitude and tone from the manager who was not going to try to make it work for me as it has FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS. I asked if she could give the delivery driver a call and call me right back, she abruptly hung up on me and I have been waiting for that call back for over 2 hours now. Unfortunately due to the pressing nature of needing pizza for the summer camp tomorrow morning, I had to go with a different pizza chain. I am heartbroken becuase we have had such a great relationship with this store for so long and after this experience and the rude treatment and tone from the manager, I will not be ordering for our summer camps or holiday parties from this store any longer. I would love to speak to someone, maybe the owner, to try to restore this relationship if possible. Very sad and...

Never ordering from here again! My husband and I ordered a pizza with extra beef and it came with 0 extra! it may have even had less than usual actually! so he called to tell them and the woman was like 'oh, we do it by weight!' He was like ok but there is NO extra at all! there's barely any beef on it.. She kept arguing that that's how they do it! but the point was they DIDNT add any, we can tell because we order this same pizza at least once a month! anyway MID CONVERSATION she mumbles something and hangs up the phone in his face!!!! SERIOUSLY?! I guess they got their money so they dont care!

It was the most unprofessional, rude and disrespectful exchange ive ever heard (she was on speaker)! but unfortunately she hung up before we could get her name! Im not surprised now that i read another review with the same issue! Im surprised this person isn't fired yet!

I was a loyal customer ordering at least once a month but NEVER AGAIN! My advice is always check your pizza before the driver leaves if you order delivery. And my advice for dominos is to hire people who actually wanna work! Not some lazy disrespectful rude people who dont wanna be there or...

We placed the order through the app. It did all the fun stages (baking, quality check, finished, blah,blah,blah…). So I drive up to the location for pick up. It was an absolute unorganized mess. It was pizza armageddon. Pizza carnage. Pizza boxes, all ready to go, all over the place. However they were all out of order. Must have been 50 pizzas in boxes waiting for delivery or pickup. However, the staff didn’t know which pizza/side item went with each order. So there I was. My pizza has been ready for at least 30 min and they could not find it… or something to that effect. Meanwhile everyone and their brother were piling in trying to get their order. After another 10 minutes of waiting I finally got my pizza. So it had been sitting up on the waiting rack for at least 45 minutes. I should have asked for a refund right then and there, but not sure it would have done any good. Or that they even cared if I had complained. So I won’t be ordering from here again. Not only because of the wait, but they way they were working. No one wearing gloves preparing or checking the food. All in all made me lose...
