Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Centerville

This place switched management and since then it has had terrible service. We had not been there in awhile and decided to give it another try. No cheese on our cheesesticks. But out waitress was very kind. She did make it right but we had a huge delay in getting the corrected order so ended up taking them home. They did not charge us for them so we were somewhat satisfied. We gave them another try last night. Poor service and it was throughout the restaurant. People were complaining, they were having to give ppl free food. Manager David Polo came out to address a customer about an issue they had. He bluntantly walked up to a table and said "am I suppose to talk to you?" They said no. He looked around and said I was suppose to talk to someone. He didnt even know who. Another customer said they thought the customer already left and David Polos response was "awesome". After that everyone was very quiet and we could hear him barking orders to his staff and making inappropriate gestures in which we could all hear, including the comment about our waitress (who was very customer friendly and did a great job) who walked out and quit that night. We had been waiting an hour for our pizza when a couple got up and walked out. They made the comment to the manager that he needed to be better staffed to serve his customers and that he was rude. He told them to never come back. I was appalled. A manager never tells an unsatisfied customer not to ever come back. He was very unprofessional and it made the atmosphere very uncomfortable so we...

I wish I could give zero stars and write a review but that is not allowed. My family of five walked in this restaurant last night to have an enjoyable dinner. There were only three other patrons at one table in the restaurant. We were seated at a large booth in the back of the restaurant. We could see and hear the wait staff and kitchen staff playing. We saw other staff being sent to clean with mop buckets and spray bottles. Wait staff and kitchen staff continued to laugh, joke, amd play while we waited. For the 20 to 30 minutes we were in the restaurant we were never waited on. No drink order, nobody approached us to take our order. I wanted to order online and force them to deliver to our table, but by then my husband had enough and we walked out. A waitress ran toward us saying she didn't see us there and she thought someone else was waiting on us. Honey, it was your job to wait on us, not someone else's. You were too busy getting paid for doing nothing and playing. I grew up in this area and have eaten at this Pizza Hut countless times. My sister worked her way through high school at this restaurant. I doubt I will ever come back after the treatment we received last night. We went to George and Nick's on the square, great atmosphere wonderful food, and above excellent service! We ordered from Pizza Hut last night.....9/15/2021....for delivery and from the time I placed the order online, which is super convenient, to the time it was on our doorstep was a 30 minute window. The food, which was a Meaty P Zone, cinnamon sticks and 18 piece Burnin' Hot Buffalo wings....was hot and fresh. You can tell the difference between fresh food and food that has sat under a heat lamp for a while. This was fresh food! The delivery driver always has a big smile and is extremely pleasant too! We live within 2 miles of Pizza Hut but don't like to get back out after coming home from work. This is our 4th order from our local Pizza Hut in the last 2 months and I am very pleased with the customer service and the quality of their food.
