Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Centerville

Normally I love sonic but last night was probably the worst experience of ordering fast food in my entire life. First the lady taking our ordering couldn't hear me taking the order even though I was basically screaming into the speaker. Then the lady kept messing up the order and I'll tell you the order wasn't complicated at all. She couldn't get past the first item I was trying to order. Luckily after honestly 5 minutes of screaming at the speaker someone else stepped in to take out order. This lady knew what she was doing. Got the order taken and correct the first time without repeating myself once. Then the fun didnt stop. I pull up to get the food and pay. They hand me the drinks, normal. They had me pay, normal. After I paid we sat for 5 to 10 minutes than a lady comes to the window and asked what we ordered. I tell her and she mumbles okay like she never heard this order before. (This was the same lady who tried taking our order the first time) after she leaves, another 5 minutes pass and I finally get my food. Growing up in my family we never leave the window until we check our food to make sure everything was there. And guess what, I was missing a sandwich. I go inside, while holding my receipt and tell them they didnt get me a sandwich. They tried accusing me of trying to get a free sandwich. So I tell her would you like to check my bag since you dont believe me? We both go out and I show here, yep, no sandwich. She goes back in and comes back out right away and shows me a sack with my sandwich in it. I'm sorry sonic but this was horrible. After how long I waited and how difficult it was to order. I should have gotten something free, or some coupons. I'm being nice by giving 2 stars since I really...

Placed order through app tonight for a to-go dinner. Fairly long wait for items, but busy being Tuesday night 1/2 price burgers, so not entirely unexpected. Our server, Alexandra, was very pleasant and apologetic about the wait, and we told her it wasn’t an issue - beautiful evening made for an enjoyable period of time and gave us a chance to catch up on each other’s days. Super impressed with her accuracy in verifying the order with us upon delivery to our vehicle, and each burger was prepared exactly as requested and all delicious! First time ordering desserts in ages, but decided to try both Oreos and Cinnasnacks. Loved the Oreos and ice cream, but disappointed to see that the cinna snacks were placed into our order without the cream cheese icing that is listed as included with the item. The flavor and texture were good, but overall impression was that the missing icing really would have made the dessert awesomely delicious. My girlfriend and I stopped by this location just a minute ago on our way home from visiting family and we definitely won't be going through this location next time we come visit. The service was horrible. There's was zero communication among the employees.

The server at the drive through window walked took the money for our order and then left to do something. The female manager came up and asked what our order was because the two cars in front of us left before getting food. I asked to add a cherry limeade to our current order (a cheeseburger, jalapeño bites, and mozzarella sticks) which we already paid for and tried charging us for the whole order all over again.

When I told her we already paid for our order, she said the limeade was $4.....$4 for a large cherry limeade during their happy hour....should've been about $1.50 max. They also asked if we wanted ranch and marinara. We said yes to both and...
