Old review................................ Ok, it's Sonic, usually a great choice for fast food or heart attack burgers as we know fast food is horrible for you. But, I gotta have one sometimes! This isn't about the food. This Sonic plays level 10 music through the 🔊 speakers you order through! While I am a music lover, I couldn't hear s%&t while trying hard to order. I asked to turn the music down or off so I could hear what the woman was asking me about my order. Ignored! I asked again and said " I can't hear over the music!!" Ignored like I wasn't there. The music was outside blaring and through the individual speakers you use to order. I couldn't WAIT to drive away! If you like loud, intense music, go for it. My order was very slow with a few cars there and it was wrong! I tried to tell them through the speaker, forget it. Went to a Sonic for a burger and a flash...

This specific location has been the worst sonic I have ever been to. I understand being under staffed but that shouldn't change the quality of the food or service. I ordered dinner for 3, place wasn't too busy but became busy after I got there. After 20 min I saw a young lady come out with what looked like my order, turned around, went back in and set the order on the counter. Our order had a chocolate shake and so did the order she placed back on the counter. She proceeded to bring out order after order and never addressed what the hold up was with mine. After waiting almost 30 min for my order I ended up leaving with no food and going elsewhere. I'm pretty disappointed because my family like sonic, but something needs to change at this location. And to top it off! The owner was there doing what looked like evaluations or having a meeting with one of the employees when they both could have been helping...

Went here last night on the 4th. They were pretty crowded but we only wanted 3 slushes. We placed our order and she rushed off but it was wrong on the screen. So my husband pushed the button again to tell her it was wrong and she answered, "sorry we aren't taking anymore orders," and shut it off. So he pushed the button again. She wouldn't answer. So he called sonic and said he was trying to tell her our order wasn't right and she said, "Someone will be out in a minute. I'm too busy to come out myself," and hung up. We weren't trying to get her out we were trying to get her to fix our order before they made it and brought it out...so we waited 43 minutes for 3 slushes that were wrong anyways and no one came out or brought us our drinks so we left with nothing. They are always slow and usually the order is wrong or something is missing but this was...
