Subway — Restaurant in Centerville

2 Stars because god forbid I take my SUBWAY coupons (that i received in the mail) to SUBWAY itself & complete my sandwich order only to be told at the register that the person running the place has made up their own rules to the coupons and does not abide by the actual rules on the coupons. Like, it's not a hugeee deal, but as many of us are, I am on a tight budget, and I would never have went here if I knew i could not use the coupon.

The girl at the register was super nice. Her kind, understanding attitude almost made up for this whole incident because I know she didn't make up the rules.

(Yes, at the time of my transaction, I was showed a sign with handwriting on it about the coupons, but I did not notice it when I came in there and ordered my sandwich because I didn't know I should be looking for handwritten signs about stipulations regarding the coupons)

I found a slight way around it: if you place an order online through the app, you can use a coupon in the app and they can't do anything about it, but the ones that come in the mail are so much better and I will never order inside again...

I do not understand why Subway even prints & sends out discount coupons in the mail. There are not hardly any foot long or 6"subs that a coupon can be used on. The only Foot long & 6" Subs I seen on sale were cold cut sandwiches, like Ham & Cheese subs thst a discount coupon coukd be used on! The pictures on the flyers are very much misleading and false advertising. There is a list, on the front glass of the food, that pretty much lists the entire menu on the wall that coupons cannot be used with. Why would Subway choose to spend all that money on advertising specials on flyers & coupons when they are useless and appears like false advertising. I can fix my own ham & cheese sandwich at home lots cheaper then these false advertisements or gimmicks? I think it's a bribe to get you in their store. Other fast foods like McDonalds, Sonic, Hardee's, Crystal's, Pizza Hut, ect. does not do this! These fast foods discount coupons are truthful and there ARE many varieties on sale to choose from. NOT SUBWAY! Compare yourself! I will NOT fall for this gimmick! I will choose another fast food...

Absolutely the worst Subway. Ordered 2 subs one 6 and one foot long. Got 6” done and ready put it at register. I wanted my foot long heated so microwave here it went they totally forgot about my foot long in microwave so just kept on making subs for drive through and left me standing. I would say made about 6 subs while I just sat back and waited patiently. But by this time lobby had got busy so I stood back and watched some more while watching one of the employees picked his head and nose with his gloves and went to drive through numerous times with same gloves. Finally got to my sandwich but I had to ask for a refund first. Absolutely no one knew how to do that of course. The employees called manager and handed the phone to me lol that didn’t go well lol. Terrible terrible place to get a Sub by the way they absolutely didn’t want to give me a refund. O yeah forgot to mention the 6” sub got gave to drive through way before they even...
