I can't believe the extreme lack of conversation and product knowledge skills that the person on the phone had... I asked for two items off the menu and was told they were not available, then was told that they were but, only on a special that I had never heard of. I then asked if he had my last order on record, (which was available three days ago when I called) and was told that they don't keep records. During this entire call I was placed on hold twice, once for about two minutes all the time he would pick up the phone, press a button, place me back on hold, say hello, just a bunch of craziness at best.
In my frustration, I chose to hang up and call back and ask for a manager. When I did, he said, "you're the guy that wanted the Ravioli thing"; I agreed with him and then heard him cover the microphone, and ask "who want's to be the manager for this guy". (Should have covered the phone a little better)
Needless to say that although I absolutely LOVED their Pizza, I will not stand for childish behavior they allow. Sure, you can say that they are just kids however, what standards are we setting for the future when we allow then to act so careless with a the most precious thing any business has;...
Read moreIt was awful. Not only the prices, but the food itself. I ordered a calzone and can honestly say I could probably have made a better one when I was 12. Their was no sauce in it; instead they give you sauce in a cup that tastes like it was the rejected batch from little Caesar’s. The cheese inside tasted like a few melted cheese sticks, and the pools of grease on it are enough to count as a fire hazard. The best part of my meal? The water cup. The calzone was about $8.60 and a lunch “special” is one slice of pizza and a drink for $6. Just go to Domino’s or even Little Caesar’s and save yourself time, money, and your tastebuds. Would never recommend, absolutely dreadful. I don’t know how it has such good reviews; maybe the pizza is great, but I would go literally...
Read moreFor an impromptu date night for my wife and I we decided on this place due to its reviews and being what I assume is a local business. The food wasn't bad, but I wouldn't state it was great either. Everything else in the experience was poor.
After ordering, we waited around 45 minutes for the food to arrive despite only two other groups being in present. We ordered a Monday special which was charged incorrectly and had to get them to correct, one pizza was supposed to be thin crust and it wasn't, one pizza was supposed to have the garlic sauce and it didn't, the waiter got us water and we never saw her again for the rest of the visit, we had to ask twice for to-go boxes. I know I'm leaving something out but you get the idea. I can't see us returning here...
