The food was good once it finally came. We stopped for breakfast while traveling through Central City. Like most breakfast patrons we wanted coffee and breakfast, then back on the road. It took around 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge us. She brought a carafe of coffee. The coffee tasted burnt and was very weak. We do not complain at restaurants, so perhaps this was a one off. The food took a little over 30 minutes and the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. In all it took us close to an hour and half to eat breakfast.
