Mimi & Pop's Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Central Falls

I'm unhappy about the service, keep in mind it's my first time there but unfortunately it was bad. Order 5 different soft-serves, on top of the wait in line roughly 15-20 minutes, placed order for 5 kiddie cups after another 20 minutes, I received 1 then five minutes later the 2nd then another 5 minutes later the 3rd another five the 4th, trust me I'm being very detailed. Now it's been 40 minutes and I'm waiting on my last one, five more minutes and I look thru the window and she is making someone elses order..... I ask for another employee to call the one who serviced me and at this point my specific one was the forth and it's become a cup of milk at this point and she proceeded to tell me she gave it to me already🤯😖 ok........ Just refund the one that's missing and I was done at this point, 10 minutes of her running around she just opens the window and hands me cash and closed it. I was very patient and very polite....

The prices are outrageous! Be warned if you want a cup with soft serve ice cream you have to pay a $1.25 EXTRA for that cup! They Don't even pre-warn you! To the owners of Mimi and pops, please tell your employees to be more transparent about pricing! Let customers know as they are ordering if something costs extra. I purchased 3 kitty soft serve ice cream cups each with one topping and a shake and the total came to out to $30!! $1.25 x4=$5 $5 EXTRA just for cups! Everything is already so expensive these days! I just came to this place to get an ice cream with my family and I had the most disrespectful server, the person that made my ice cream spoke to me with a bad attitude, ripped the bills out of my hand and slammed the window in my face twice while I was talking, I came to this place so happy and I’m leaving very disappointed, whoever is the owner of this shop needs to have better people working for him/her, people that really know what costumer service is about, not mean and with an attitude like you hate your job, if you don’t like costumer service change your job for...
