Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Central

My wife and I came in one week ago to get a promotional free pretzel from T-Mobile Tuesday. I had Aunty Ann’s as a kid and I was excited because I hadn’t been in a long time and I had forgotten how much I liked them. We showed the man at the counter our coupon which had a count down timer and he said he couldn’t put it in the computer after the timer had started. We tried on the Aunty Ann’s app to redeem and it said only usable in store (clearly showing it to be a valid Aunty Ann’s coupon code). We continued to explain it was valid and he rudely said there was nothing he could do. He called his manager and she said they only accept the coupon on Tuesdays, I read and showed the man the fine print which said we had the entire week to redeem the coupon and all he said was only Tuesday. Almost a week later we went to another Aunty Ann’s and they handed us a pretzel with no questions and were even nice enough to give my wife her pretzel even though her count down timer was over. I will never come back to this store and will encourage others to do the same.

This is a review of Auntie Anne's pretzels located inside of Walmart Store at 10200 Sullivan Road, Baton Rouge La. I ordered 3 pretzels. 1 sweet almond pretzel and 2 original pretzels. They had to be made fresh which took 8 minutes. I expected three golden brown pretzels covered in toppings. The pretzels I received were very sad, skinny, soggy and misshapened. They were flimsy and undercooked. There were some portions that were still raw. The price for three horrid pretzels no drink or extras was $13. Not worth it. I had to throw away the raw parts. This is the worst location….I will never go back. Hence, the previous reviews should have been a give away. I sent my nephew in this store to get a jalapeño pretzel dog. He came out twice without my food. After the second time my mom went in with him. The young girl working in there had a bad attitude. I hate dealing with establishments with poor customer service, when Im spending my money. The food was still raw in the inside. The lemonade taste like syrup.
