Would give 0 stars, but can't. Ordered two items and curly fries. Got home and the meal item was wrong (had cheese and mayo, which I was made to say I didn't want twice). Then I checked the second item, which was also not what I ordered (loaded tiny tacos that cost $1 more, when I ordered them plain, again, having to clarify twice). If it had just been one item, I would have sucked it up and eaten my remaining food, but it was my entire order (including my large curly fry which was half-filled). So I went back. I go to the screen to explain and get halfway through before being cut off again and asked to pull around. At the window, what I assume to be the manager let me explain half of my issue, and then replied with "Well the screen says you ordered it with cheese." So I threw my bag onto the counter and drove away because he was definitely going to spit in my food. Mostly upset that the bag I left contained my receipt, so I am unable to take a survey.

Read moreThis used to be my favorite location. However, today, I went in to get lunch. I stood at the front counter for about 4-5 minutes. I was not acknowledged,didn't even say hello! I couldn't use the drive through because I've been walking everywhere. I don't have a vehicle so I took time out of my day to walk from work to Jack in the box did not even be helped so I. Didn't get lunch I had to walk right back to work. I don't think I'll ever be back.
