I have been going to this ccs for about a month now. Today I forgot my egg bites. I call to let them know, I’m almost in Baton Rouge at this point when I figured it out. I asked if I could get some on Monday or a refund, she basically said no and asked if I could come back to get them. I’m already 15 minutes away! I’m almost to work, I don’t have time to turn around. Came here with my family for a hot chocolate morning date.

Walking in , NO ONE SPOKE OR GREETED US; I mentioned it and still no corrected behavior. Moving on , the Chinese girl who took our order was very passive , gave us hard cookies and Luke warm drinks. . Won’t be coming back ; how you work in a coffee shop & have a bad attitude? Literally no one was smiling or greeting any customer...

I have been here two days in a row and let me tell you the drive-thru is slightly confusing as far as how to get through it with all the construction but that's not this places fault because customer service is literally the best I've ever had The drinks are delicious I ordered food too and let me tell you it is amazing I'll never go back...
