This location DOES NOT SUPPORT VETERANS!! Don’t go here expecting amazing quality service. I came here on Veterans Day as a marine to get a free smoothie. I came 4 minutes early the deal started at noon. Told them I didn’t know that and I apologized. They told me I had to choose from select smoothies. I said that was okay and I chose the smoothie from the list. The young girl listening behind the older woman was immdetialy rude, demanding we paid for the previous smoothie, rolling her and eyes and sighing. She interrupted the nice older woman multiple times to correct us and wouldn’t let us order. My wife went off on her because she was testing our patience after being nice so many times to her attitude and eye rolling. She tried to spin it on us being mean to the older woman because she was “new” when it was her being the only rude employee. We had to pull up and wait for the smoothie which tasted horrible like she purposefully sabotaged our drink as a MARINE on Veterans Day. The nice older woman came out and aplogized. Never saw the rude woman again. The rude younger woman had curly brown hair was short with acne. This woman needs to be fired...
Read moreLet me just start this off by saying that I get smoothie king at least 5 times a week during my work week occasionally more when I come on the weekends. I have never sent a smoothie back because I have never had this issue. In fact, I was at this location yesterday. I bought a chocolate hulk today and it barely had any brown color and was flavorless. I called the location and asked if I could have it remade. The guy that worked there said "oops must've forgotten the chocolate". I came back and they handed me one that looked like it had no chocolate at all. It was completely white. I asked again nicely if they could remake it and i just wanted the normal amount of chocolate that i've always gotten which i assume is Smoothie King's recipe. They remade it and I basically got the exact same thing that I showed up with to have replaced. The guys that worked there were very nice and polite. But, I definitely wasn't going to ask to have it remade a 4th time. I just think that they need to be offered more training. Read moreOrdered in the app on a Wednesday morning for drive thru pickup. Get there and no cars were in the drive thru so I pull up to the window and..... nothing. Okay, I'll go around and come back to the ordering thing - I found someone. Tell them that I am picking up, told to drive around. Now there is another customer at the window ahead of me. Fine. I'll just go inside, grab my smoothie and get out. NOPE. she hasn't even made mine (or the person at the window's). Folks, we have a contender for the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CENTRAL award. If you thought you would get modern and efficient service then look elsewhere, this is not it. The employee was apparently too busy tending to her phone to notice that she had work to do.
