Taco Jos — Restaurant in Centralia

TacoJo’s was my go to place until my most recent experience with them. For the first time I decided I wanted to place a delivery order. Now I order the same thing every time I go here and every time I eat at tequilas. The street tacos, which come with your choice of meat, cilantro, onion, pineapple, a cup of salsa, and rice on the side. It took an hour for them to get to my house which wasn’t that big of a deal but my order wasn’t right. There was not any rice with the tacos the meat was cold and there wasn’t any pineapples on the tacos. So I called back and told them. They said they would bring me rice and the pineapples. I kinda laughed and said there’s no need to bring the pineapples I don’t want to eat my food any colder than it already is. She said okay we will make you another order of tacos I said okay. So I waited another long period of time for them to come back and they handed me a tiny cup of rice and pineapples and said since I got the steak tacos it didn’t come with pineapples it only comes on the el pastor. I’ve ordered this meal so many times I can’t count and every single time it has come with pineapples. My issue here is inconsistency... and then not making it right after telling me they would do so... by making it new. Instead they go against what they told me they were going to do and brought a plastic cup of pineapples and cold rice. Wouldn’t reccomend ordering...

I ordered cheese fries. And there was only fries, so I had them make me new and they were now half water half fries. This is a horrible place to go through i would not recommend to any one. I've ordered a cheese dip before and it was halfway full and the chip bag was less then half way full.... anywhere I will go to centralia to eat but not here!!! I wouldnt even give them 1 star If I could. I hope they can improve and whoever's is running this place finds new employees because they are rude and think they cant mess up an order! And then takes my food from the window and will hand the same food item back. With this covid going on you should of never handed it back to me. They need new managers or just the 1 I spoke to because he was rude, when he refunded my money he only gave me $6 when I paid $9 for what I ordered that time!!!!... and I've ordered a few times thinking it was maybe a 1 time thing but now that they do it everytime...

It was late-ish for a Sunday and everything else was either already closed or going to be closing soon. Online we found Taco Joe's was open an hour later on Sunday than most of the other restaurants. The menu was limited, but probably as a direct result of the limited menu, our meals were out to the table very quickly. The quick service is almost like fast food only with better quality food! The prices were very reasonable to boot. The only thing that I really didn't care for was that our dishes were all brought out at different times, each one at a time, seemingly as they were finished cooking each dish. That resulted in not everyone having food at the same time and the awkward decisions of whether we should eat individually while it was still hot or wait till everyone had at least one dish of...
