Starbucks — Restaurant in Centralia

We ordered four drinks and they said that we only ordered 3 but we were charged the extra one and I had to pay for another drink even though I already paid for it and they wouldn't give it to us. They also have bad customer service they acted so snotty. I'm never going there again it wasn't worth my time. I am 13 and they stole money from me, my 10 year old cousin, and my 7 year old cousin. How dare they!! They should be shut down. When I went to go ask for my drink they told me I never ordered it but I did. I am absolutely Furious they stole my money!!! The order was only supposed to be about $20 and they charged us 30 I gave them two $20 bills and they only gave me back one $10 bill, what is their problem?! And our drink I'm very watered-down! We love Starbucks and I am so disappointed in them. I hope other people find this review helpful. (P.S. if I could have given this a 0 star...

This shop used to serve great drinks. In the last few months, we have gotten no less than 6 undrinkable coffee drinks. I normally talk to the staff, but today is the last opportunity for them to fix the nasty drinks. We normally order mochas made with almond milk or chai tea lattes made with almond milk. The mocha today tasted like burnt coffee with gritty dark chocolate flavor. One chai tea latte tasted like the cup that was used to clean the frothing tube. Another, the cinnamon was way too strong, as if the seasoning mix wasn’t stirred evenly. Two of the lattes were only half filled (probably the result of the frothing foam settling). Regardless, this store truly needs a management review of how they are making their drinks and better train the staff. We have wasted money going here. I have instructed my husband not to buy my drinks here. I prefer the competitor...

Been going here for years, won’t be back anytime soon. Nothing about the employees, but the company on a whole. Exorbitant prices, ever diminishing portion sizes, and they won’t split a drink now “goes against company policy”. By all means charge for the extra cup, this company charges for all the other “extras” but seriously, you can’t pour the blended drink into two cups? I’ve been feeling frustrated with this company for a while now, maybe I should be more thankful, they’re giving me the impetus to be more proactive with my time and my money. The food is never that good anyway either. I would’ve spent the usual $55-$60, instead I drove away and went to a small local cafe in Centralia, I suggest you do likewise. Support small, local businesses. Enough with these exploitive corporations. Support each other...
