Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Centralia

I had the worst experience ever at this stand today. We pulled up with 1 car at the window & another car between us and them. The barista who was supposed to be taking orders was leaning against the wall talking to the people in the car in front of us. The car at the window pulled away. The barista was still leaning against the wall talking. She didn't even acknowledge us. While waiting the driver of the car handed the barista's IPad out the window to her. Why she had the IPad in her car I couldn't tell you. After about 3 minutes I decided to get out of our truck and go to the walk up window. I was not happy. The walk up window was closed with an arrow to go to the other side of the building to the other window, which was also closed. By the time I came around the back of the building to my truck, the barista was at the truck talking to my boyfriend. She turned to look at me & very rudely said, "are you going to order something?". I said, yes, we want to. My boyfriend made a comment that we'd been wanting to the whole time. She again, very rudely said, they're paying customers. My boyfriend said, so are we. She then said, well, maybe you should go somewhere else. We told her that she needs better customer service. She took our order but never told me how much it was. She also didn't ask if my normal tip was OK. I have auto tipping on my app. They are always supposed to ask if it's correct. Then when we got to the window the girl on the inside greeted us, asked if we had the mocha freeze. Never said anything about the 2nd drink. She handed the mocha freeze to my boyfriend, asked if we wanted 2 straws. We said yes, she handed them to us, and then yelled out the window at someone in the car behind us. Then she went about making another drink, still not saying anything about our 2nd drink. We sat there for at least a minute. She finally brought it out and asked us again if we wanted 2 straws. I told her she already gave us straws & that my drink didn't have the cinnamon sprinks on it. Cinnamon sprinkles are part of the recipe. This is the best coffee stand there ever was! There I said it, and it's true! Don't take that lightly, I'm obsessed with coffee, but this stand is the best one I have ever been to, even out of the other Dutch Bros locations. Why? The girls here are the friendliest you will ever meet, they make good coffee, they are quick, and consistent. These girls will say hi and even chat it up with my 3 year old in the back seat every single time, they always ask about our day and how we are doing, and they don't even mind when my daughter tells them random stories about her earrings or what she's been doing for the day. They are all the nicest people, I swear. When they make a kids drink, they even put a little bit of whipped cream on the top of the straw, which my daughter thinks is the coolest. They have the cutest kids cups, and their kids drinks are super reasonably priced. Even if my daughter just asks for a water, they still put it in a cute kids cup. Every single drink we have tried has been amazing. You can get pretty much anything fat free or sugar free. I don't like red bull, but even I like their rebel drinks, they are so delicious and fun! Their mochas are made with chocolate milk, so smart, so good! My husband loves their mocha nitro, chocolate milk and nitro coffee! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu and there are a million choices! Just ask the girls for a recommendation! This coffee is a billion times better than Starbucks, and it's cheaper too, so that's a win win right there! I usually love dutch bros but the last two times I went to the Rochester location. The guy has changed my order and I don't like it . I order a cold brew kicker. I know it comes in a stander size but when i ask for it in a large cup I want it in a large cup. I watch them make it and dump stuff out and if I'm paying for it I should get it the way I want it. There's only three coffee stand in Rochester on this side by the freeway and I stopped going to one of the others for bad customer service, i won't think twice to drive on and spend my money some where else so i can get...
