Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Washington

I had a problem at the DQ in Rochester, WA. While at the business next door, a DQ employee named Heather came out of DQ and walked all the way to the back of the parking lot of the business next door (McD's), just to harass me. I filed a complaint about her. Days later, as I was again at the business next door, Heather misused 911 to falsely report that I was doing narcotics in my car. Her claim was dismissed as "clearly unfounded" by the Sheriff. About 2 weeks later, as I again visited the business next door, Heather called 911 to AGAIN file another false report about me! I filed a protection order to stop Heather from stalking and harassing me. Today, several weeks later, I went to this DQ in Centralia to order. As I was sitting in my car deciding what to order on my app, 2 men came out and told me I am banned from the Centralia DQ, because I had complained about Heather at the Rochester DQ!! WHAT?? SERIOUSLY?? So---BEWARE!! If you dare to complain about a DQ employee, the employee will take revenge on you and DQ supports the revenge, even taking their own revenge by banning you...

Server at window asked me twice if I wanted to donate $1 to a Children's Charity. I refused both times politely and paid for my meal. The my meal was missing the fries. Went to retrieve fries, a cashier blatantly touched my fries.. like no regards or reserve with the customer standing right in front if him. I told him I didn't want those fries because he touched all over them. He replied, "Well Sir, I washed my hands." I need new fries you can't do that young man. I got new fries, but just like a dam* 2 year old he found a way to touch my fries anyways while giving them to me. I said, you got to be kidding me. After I just mentioned this too you, you try and be slick and touch my fries anyways.... 🤦🤦 Long story short. I will not ever ask my friends of family to stop by here ever again. No respect for customer courtesy and care. Customer Service training is at an all time low..

Please tell the people the real reason why you want them to donate. So, that the workers can get raises when your store reach a certain number of dollar donations... This is only part of...

Absolutely horrible food! Fries were fresh so can't complain about that but they premake their burgers. When you order they put all toppings on, wrap the burger, and then microwave and serve. The manager told me that all fast food restaurants microwave their food. Your burger SHOULD be cooked to order and cheese added when it comes off the grill. I found this out because they forgot bacon on 2 of our burgers and I could tell the patty wasn't fresh. When I went in I requested my burgers be remade fresh with bacon and watched the boy in the back put my burgers, made and wrapped, in the microwave and then try to serve it to me. I said no I want my food made fresh not microwaved. The manager insisted they had to microwave the burgers to melt the cheese and all fast food places do that. That is ridiculous! This is a Grill and Chill not Microwave and Chill! Please stop microwaving food, lettuce bun and all, and serve us FRESH hot off the GRILL burgers! I used to work for Dairy Queen and NEVER put a burger or any food in the microwave to serve it...
