Bad attitude. Never informed us of the store was only accepting cards no cash until we got to the window, there wasnt even an apology for that inconvenience and attitude. BUT Luckily one of us had a card. But our friend asked the employee why he refused cash, again with attitude and no apologies he said because my boss told. Then the employee started arguing saying he was told by his boss. Again just seems odd that a fast food place would refuse legal, from this country, tender. I mean ever establishment that have later hours have to close and open, so while systems reboot I understand now why Cards can't processed not only will have to wait for system to close and reopen and reconnect to the network. But the team working was a delightful experience, again no apologies, fries tasted as if cooked with cinnamon rolls. And burnt fries. I don't get why people make their jobs so miserable, just do the community a favor and dont work a job where it id your primary duty yo serve, cater, ensure the customer leaves happy. How hard is It for people to understand, but yet again sole job is to provide quality food in the most genuinely way possible using de escalating training that was received. First thing u are taught is to apology. With out customers these people would not have a job. But staff definitely nees more training and apologies because it wasn't our fault our cash was denied and they were to blame for rude behavior and bad attitude tone. I strongly stress maybe speaking with that manager, the refusal of cash payment when it is legal tender and learn proper de escalation technique while using the blast or last method. Read moreThis place has really went down hill in the last years. Went there this weekend and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes just waiting for the person to TAKE my order. THEN got to the window, no hi, didn't ask for my money to pay didn't even open the window to apologize for the wait. Then, SAT THERE for another 10 minutes waiting to even talk to someone. The people inside looked like high school boys or young men straight out of school. One wearing a blue sweater with his hood up just walking around the kitchen then some other guy in the drive thru that was switching food to different bags. Prior to me going here I noticed another car waiting in the drive thru while I was sitting in my parked car on the phone and he sat there for the same amount of time too and eventually didn't get his food or anything and just drove off. Needless to say I did the same thing. I was already in that drive thru for 25 minutes at that point. 15 just to order, 10 minutes waiting on food AND JUST TO PAY. so I just drove off. I had my 9 year old with me and my mom that had surgery and didn't feel good. It was 1030 at night. We just wanted food and to go home. Rediculous. If you're going to hire people make sure they do their damn job right. 🙄 its a fast food chain store not a hard job to put fries in the oil and tacos in the oil. Read moreWe've been to this jack in the box multiple times and this was the final straw. The food is almost always old tasting, cold or not even correct. They randomly close when they are supposed to be open because all the employees take breaks at the same time which I don't think is supposed to be happening.
The final straw was today. We ordered two large chicken nugget meals with regular fries. The girl who took our order repeated our order back to us twice to confirm it. She told us our total was 12.09 which we thought was odd.
We go up to the front and she was talking loudly and rudely to another employee cussing to them about how their equipment is broken. She then tells us our total is 24.99. Which confused us heavily how it jumped in price so much. She got rude when we asked what was going on and said the drive thru girl probably just messed up.
So we give her are card to pay and she shoved the soda into our face refusing to give a cup holder and also refuses to give us a receipt. We checked our food and she gave us curly fries which me and my husband can't eat because the spice isn't good for our stomach's. She refused to help us and told us she was too busy and basically told us to leave.
We called customer service and because we have no receipt they wouldn't help us. The nuggets we ate were disgusting and cold and we couldn't even finish the food. It was a waste of money and time. Do not eat here it's...
