Subway — Restaurant in Centralia

OMG!!! Went in and ordered 6 foot long sandwiches from this #subway restaurant on Ellsbury St. that’s right off the I5 in Centralia, WA. As you can see, this Boss Sub is loaded with all the stuff that was supposed to be in the Club!!! IT’S DISGUSTING!!!! The club was DRY, my son in law had to put on his own mayo!! 🤦🏽‍♀️ I just drove 12 miles and I now have to drive 12 miles back and all they’re going to do is compensate me for the 1 wrong sandwich because it’ll be too long to ask my son in law to not eat dinner and wait while I go get his sandwich remade. He was able to eat his, MINE on the other hand is this horrible MESS that is completely inedible!!! 🤢🤮 I asked to speak to a manager and the guy said there’s no manager and even if I did speak to him he wouldn’t be able to do anything until Monday. WELL, I’ll be back in Hawai’i by then. When I asked how will they compensate me for the drive he said they’re NOT. WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! 😡 I was nice, I waited patiently while my sandwiches were made. They screwed up and now I’m the one paying for it by having to drive all that way back, 12 MILES!!! I ordered a turkey sandwich at the window, went home and found a roast beef sandwich instead. I called them thinking they would apologize and tell me to come back so they can make me the right sandwich. Instead they told me that I needed to bring back the wrong sandwich and see if I'll be eligible for a remake. I went to the store with my wrong sandwich and they tell me that I'm wrong and that I did in fact order a roast beef sandwich. Obviously I'm not trying to get an extra sandwich I brought back the wrong sandwich to get a new one. Overall they were about to say "sorry but you ordered the wrong sandwich and there is no remake" they had to text there manager to see if I can get the right sandwich??? There was a young girl there eating food and texting her boss hanging out in the back. Where is the customer sevice??? I'm not going back there. ALSO I paid for a roast beef sandwich which is a couple dollars more than a turkey sandwich and they wouldn't refund me for the extra money I paid for the wrong sandwich. This is the most horrible Subway that I've ever been to. I've been there repeatedly and every time is just a crapy experience customer service wise and food wise. Just took my daughter in there to get a $1.89 slider sandwich and She wanted Turkey and cheddar cheese and they said they can only do Turkey and pepper Jack cheese. They refused to switch out the cheese so she could have the sandwich and she does not Like pepper Jack cheese so we just left. The lady said that They cannot switch out the cheese is due to the low price of the sliders. The sliders about the size of a 1/2 dollar so obviously it should be low price! This place is for can ridiculous and they never accept any coupons or any promotions that are going on. I would definitely recommend going to a different Subway or a different restaurant in avoid this...
