Panda Express — Restaurant in Centreville

The store was not very clean, the staff was not friendly or concerning about the customer. I have been going to Panda Express since it first opened in Pentagon City mall in 1989. I like Panda Express it is a nice restaurant with usually good quality and great consistency. The food has always had a good taste and good portion size. Restaurant can be great or terrible by the staff that run it. When we came in we are usually ready to order, the lady was loading the food in the pots really did not speak or let us know it would be a few minutes. The food was good, I had orange chicken and fried rice, my wife had the walnut shrimp and spicy chicken with fried rice. I did get two chicken egg rolls, I do not like there egg rolls they have a different texture and I do not think they have a good taste. I still like Panda Express and I would recommend them for the food quality. The restaurant needs more attention to the cleanness, there were a few tables dirty and it just needed to be organized...

This place is alright. Americanized Chinese food is good enough to satisfy you. If you're looking for your traditional mom & pop Chinese food taste you won't find it here but the food is good enough not to disappoint you. I've tried everything on the menu and by far orange chicken is the best IMO. If you're young this is a quaint little place for a date. Nice layout, plenty of windows, restrooms are clean and staff is polite and informative. Asked about nutritional value of the bourbon chicken (yeah i know its chinese food) and the server quickly reached under the counter and read it to me from a pamphlet and then handed it over so I could read it myself. I'd recommend this place as a lunch spot or somewhere to get a quick bite for dinner if you don't feel...

Avoid this nasty place in this pandemic!! They try to give you the lift over food since you can't go inside and they ask you to pick up the order from the back door.

The guys at register have so horrible and tricky ways to make you order whatever you want and when you go to the back door they start making excuses that don't have your requests.

I had 4 different orders and 2 of them not as ordered. I trashed them since they the chicken looked so dry and not even cooked in the same day!!

Also, i have ordered 2 orders of spring roll and they gave me egg rolls that I trashed too.

What a crazy people to trick customers in this pandemic. Restaurants like this does deserve to...
