I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently received at your restaurant.
On 07-10-2023 I visited this location for the first time. I approached an employee to request a box to take my left overs home. I asked for a medium-sized box and the employee handed me a small box, clearly insufficient for my needs. When I explained that I needed a larger box, the employee informed me that I would need to pay an additional $3 for another small box
I was surprised to hear that I would have to pay extra for an appropriately sized box, as this is not typical practice in my experience. The employee's dismissive response and refusal to provide a box that met my needs, without additional charges, reflects poorly on your business. Customer service should involve flexibility, problem-solving and a willingness to accommodate reasonable requests. Instead, I felt that my needs were not considered a priority and that maximizing revenue took precedence over providing good customer service.
I appreciate that running a business involves managing costs. However, nickel-and-diming customers for basic service will only damage customer loyalty and satisfaction in the long run. I hope you will consider this feedback and look for ways to improve the customer service culture at your restaurant . Ensuring that employees have the resources, training and empowerment to meet customers' needs in a thoughtful manner is an important first step. Thank you for your consideration. I hope this situation can serve as an opportunity for your restaurant to evaluate and strengthen its customer service practices...
Read moreMy family and I have been coming here for over 30 years. It has always been an amazing experiance, UNTIL TODAY!!!
Let me first say, the food is always great.
However, my family and I went here today to celebrate birthdays. We had our meal, everything was fine (other than having to go talk to the bar to get anything because we weren't getting service at the table). Everyone ordered all you can eat. Understand, our bill when everything was said and done, food, drinks, tax, tip (which is illegal to add in California, and the sign said over 8 people, we had 6) was around 200 dollars.
I had asked for rice and sesame seed bread with the meal... everyone finished all their food. When I asked for the bread, I asked for 4 pieces of bread because I'm the only one that eats it. We were brought a full basket of 8. When our meal was over, their were 3 breads left. I asked my server (who finally showed up because she had the bill) if I could take the last three home with me in a napkin since I couldn't have a birthday treat as I can't eat dairy. She told me just take them up to the front and they would be happy to give me a bag.
I GOT YELLED AT BY THE HOST AND CALLED A CHEAP FREELOADER!.
I was told by the host or who ever it was "no free nothing, you get all can eat, you buy now. $1.50 each or get out"
Thanks so much ceasars, I doubt I will ever be back after coming there for 30 years. THANKS FOR YELLING AT ME WHILE CELEBRATING MINE AND MY MOMS BIRTHDAY! Over sesame breads you are going to throw away...
Read moreLet me start by saying that Caesar's Mongolian Bar-B-Q is my favorite place to have a culinary adventure. But hold on to your chopsticks, folks, because this place is under new management, and things have gotten, well, interesting. The first thing you'll notice is that everything seems to shrink after it's cooked. It's like they have a secret shrink ray hidden in the kitchen. So, here's a pro tip: load up on extra meat before you hand over your bowl. Trust me, you don't want to be playing a game of "Where's the Beef?" with your dinner.
Now, if you're one of those people who like their food well done, fear not! At Caesar's, the flavors seem to intensify as you crank up the heat. It's like a flavor explosion in your mouth, and you'll be wondering if the chef secretly moonlights as a mad scientist. Just be careful not to overcook everything, unless you're into eating charcoal briquettes.
Oh, and let's talk about the pita bread. As soon as you sit down, you better flag down a waiter and order that bread because it takes longer to arrive than a snail on a leisurely stroll. But fear not, my hungry friends, because the wait is worth it. That warm, fluffy pita bread is like a comforting hug for your taste buds. It's so good that you might want to order a second round just to make sure you have enough to soak up all those delicious flavors. Just remember to bring your appetite, your patience, and a measuring tape to confirm that your food hasn't...
