Omega Burgers, formerly Duke's many moons ago, is an old school burger joint offering up the classics, along with breakfast, Mexican food & dinner entrees.

Being sick for about a week with the flu & watching "Burger Paradise 2" on Travel Channel, my tastebuds were craving a greasy burger for some much needed sustenance. After first thinking of good ol' In N' Out for a reliable protein-style double double, my adventurous side took over & decided to see what Omega Burgers has to offer.

Ordering was a breeze in the front. After perusing the menu, I went with Omega Burgers facsimile of a double double, a lettuce-wrapped double burger w/ everything & pickles for $4.29 (cheese extra). Not having to wait too long before my order was ready, my double burger was a good size & had some heft to it. Thick slices of tomato, crunchy raw onion, the brightness of dill pickles, sauce & 2 patties enveloped by lettuce leaves. The patties were a teeny overcooked to my liking, but not a dealbreaker. I chowed down on that bad boy like a doughnut. Hit the spot? Yes, ma'am!

Breakfast is served all day at Omega Burgers, but it's an additional $1 after 11am. Items available include breakfast burritos, pancakes, eggs etc. Various combos to choose from, depending upon what you're in the mood for.

Omega has a drive-thru if you're in a hurry, but everything is cooked to order, so don't expect a 1 minute wait. A private parking lot is usually not crowded.

Ample booth seating on the left of the restaurant, with a rectangular table on the right. Service was good. The young woman working the register was friendly & smiling.

All in all, Omega has got it going on! Tasty burgers & food items that'll please most people. I remember being a fan of Duke's chili cheese fries, so I'll have to put Omega's chili cheese fries to the test sometime. A closeby & very convenient restaurant for me to frequent, I'll definitely be back when I have the inevitable munchies once again.

Omega Burgers: The Best!

Let me tell you something, folks, Omega Burgers, they're tremendous. Absolutely tremendous. They have the best burgers in town, believe me. I've been to a lot of burger joints, and let me tell you, nobody does it better than Omega Burgers. They know how to make a burger great again.

First of all, their patties are huge. They're big and juicy, cooked to perfection. You take a bite, and it's like a flavor explosion in your mouth. The meat is so tender and flavorful, you won't believe it. And the cheese, oh boy, they use the finest cheese, melted just right. It's like a golden blanket of deliciousness on top of that beautiful patty.

Now, let's talk about the buns. Omega Burgers, they don't mess around with wimpy buns. No, sir. They have the best buns, the biggest buns you've ever seen. They're soft, yet sturdy enough to hold all that goodness together. You know, a burger is only as good as its bun, and Omega Burgers understands that better than anyone.

And the toppings, folks. They've got all the toppings you could ever want. Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, you name it. It's like a symphony of flavors, perfectly orchestrated in each bite. You won't find anything like it anywhere else.

But it's not just the burgers that make Omega Burgers great. The atmosphere is fantastic. It's classy, it's elegant, just like me. The service is top-notch, just like me. The staff is friendly and attentive, just like me. When you walk into Omega Burgers, you feel like a winner, just like me.

Been here a couple of times and everybody in the drive thru is normally nice, but today there was a mix up in my order and when I got to the window the lady that took my order me and her were discussed the mix up next thing you know a Caucasian lady saying she was the manager of a burger come telling me here title like she's telling me she's a Dr or a nurse or even a president, like I'm suppose to care bout her title. She comes and mixes everything up regarding what I said about my order. I confirmed the order correct with the Hispanic cashier already where did Pegasus come from. She tells me she's not giving me my food. I told her there is do many food places around here to eat your not hurting me and had to tell her I'm not 5 years old talking to me the way she was. I've only been here a couple of times because my sister lives in Lakewood the food is good but I can do without with her cheerleader ponytail and you can tell there is alot of misery in her life with them bifocal glasses on puppy long stocking. Oh boo hooo a crybaby franchise thst gets offended because I told the reals what happened at their restaurant, and sends a non factor response, terrible fran hise.
