Had a great experience coming to Pocha Eats at dinner time the first day of their soft opening! I came with my family and everyone really liked the food. We started with the seafood pancake which was gigantic and everyone liked it! (including my picky, little sister who didn't want to try it at first )
We also got the royal soba which was really yummy and refreshing. My little sister loves ramen so she got the spicy seafood ramen but be careful it's pretty spicy! She loves spicy foods so she enjoyed it at the restaurant and as leftovers the next day! My dad got the spicy pork and finished his whole plate. I ordered the grilled tteokbokki for the table and everyone liked that the rice cake was perfect with a crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside! We were pretty stuffed at that point but we had also ordered a bulgolgi udon which everyone liked! My mom even said she usually doesn't like udon but she really liked this one because of the texture of the noodles!!
I also enjoyed the playlist of kpop songs playing on the speakers! Our server was also the sweetest and was happy to bring us anything we asked for! Would love to come back and try the kimchi jjigae or...

Service was basic, they never came around until we had gone up to pay. I really thought that the experience would have been better, but I'll give them a pass...

There is a definitely a good selection of Korean finger food, comfort and drinking food. Service is kind, welcoming and attentive. The yuzu lemonade was a tad on the artificial side, but good on a hot day. The bosam plate was good, but I do miss either the cabbage or the perilla leaves to tie all of the ingredients together. Nevertheless, eating it with some rice does the job too. In a dead plaza, this is one of the few things in that is...
