Placed my order on the TB App and went to this location just before 9pm tonight 4/20/2025. When my daughter and I arrived at the order speaker… I was told that they were out of Sour Cream, Lettuce and also had NO 10” shells… so they could not make burritos. I was told I could cancel my order through the app. When I pulled up to the window to get assistance, because there was no cancel order option in the app… I asked if there was a Manager On Duty to assist me. The young man said that he would go get them, and my daughter and I were then addressed by a heavy set, black male that I believe the original employee called “Raymond.” He was rude, hostile and rolled his eyes at me at the simple request for assistance with the issue. He stated that they are “just the store and have nothing to do with the app.” When I asked him for his name… he very clearly lied and said “Ummm… it’s John.” Just before closing the drive thru window… me made the comment “it would be customers like you.” I’m not sure if that was in reference to race, or gender but he was OUT OF LINE! It’s one thing to be out of supplies… but to be rude, and lack professionalism when in a supervisor role… is unacceptable. His behavior should be addressed and a corrective plan put in place. HE DOES NOT REPRESENT THIS LOCATION OR THE BRAND WELL AT ALL!

I want to express my frustration regarding the experience. I went to pick up an order at the Drive-Thru, and after waiting over 40 minutes due to extremely slow service, the employee refused to give me my order, claiming it was not ready. When it was finally my turn again, I was told that they were out of potatoes and that I needed to cancel my order. The employee’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, which only made the situation worse. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service at your establishments, and given the low ratings many locations have received, I wouldn’t be surprised if this seriously impacts Taco Bell’s reputation. I hope you take action to improve customer service and efficiency at your stores, as experiences like this drive customers away.

They just completed the new renovation here and reopened the dining room on June 20, 2019. The new fresh look is modern and the strong fast Wi-Fi is appreciated. Before the renovation the place looked old and tired. But now it's actually quite nice. Very clean and fast service. This is one of the best Taco Bell locations. Access to the indoor dining and the drive through are both excellent, and the dining area is larger than most Taco Bells because this location is converted from another fast food. Most TB locations are smaller with smaller dining areas. But this one is quite a bit larger and there is plenty of room for larger groups.

I never tend to do this because I work in the restaurant industry myself. But I’m Sunday the 24 of sep night 11 ish the drive thru was not full at l there was one car I front already cashing out !!! My husband and I pull up to order and the drive person it was lady with either blond or pink highlights ( saw her when leaving ) was super disrespectful to my husband and incredibly racist and discriminatory. My husband was trying to place the order the lady said “ give me one sec please “ and we were like Okay no problem ! When she comes back my husband order and then the lady started to act super disrespectful knowing she could understand him clearly she proceeded to tell him “ do you even speak English , do you comprende? “ that’s when I popped in and said “ he’s trying to order but your not allowing him to speak and your being disrespectful” I tried to order but she went off about him not speaking English when she clearly understood the order and repeated the order back ! I proceed to tell her that she was being rude and that she was not allowing him to order what’s was her issue. Like I said I never do this and btw this is the Taco Bell 2 min away from us we had to drive all the way 10 min down the road. All because this lady wants to be super disrespectful. I work in the industry I know there can be days where you just don’t want to do it but don’t be discriminatory please , I’m Hispanic and I speak fluent English and she definitely was trying to rub us off because it was late. If you don’t want to come to work it’s understandable but don’t be disrespectful. I am deeply sorry about this review but tbh she should be fired asap like I said we live 2 min down the road and it sucks drive us to drive 10 min when there’s a Taco Bell 2-3 min away from us !!!!! Thank you and I hope i never have to see that lady ever. Like I said it was the lady with either blond or...

I know it’s fast food, so my expectation should be low, but I think when my experience is even lower than that, something has to be wrong. I went to Taco Bell a week ago waited in line. I wanted the spicy potato soft taco. They let me know they’re out of potatoes. OK cool I say give me five dollar box l. He tells me my total I drive to the window he goes “What’s your name?” and tell him my name. He asked “whats your order?”I told him what I ordered. He responds, I don’t have an order for you. How can you not have a order for me and I just gave it to you literally five minutes prior and there was only two cars ahead of me. I got irritated and drove off.

I went again a week later. I say “hey, I would like a spicy potato soft taco” and guess what? they were out potatoes again. He also let me know the only thing that they can make at that time was burritos and tacos. I find this to be very convenient as it’s on the later end of the evening a few hours before closing, and you’re you conveniently are out of everything again around the same time. If you ask me, it seems as though the employees that are working the later shift don’t want to take the extra steps that would require them to have to clean something or prepare something so they just put a blanket statement over what they’re out of and what they’re unable to make to make their job easier, which isn’t fair to the customer. On top of that I ended up ordering a quesadilla. I get the quesadilla and whoever made it carelessly only put cheese on a small portion of the quesadilla itself, leaving one to two slices of the quesadilla with no cheese at all in...

First, I wasn’t sure if this location was even open since the sign lights were off and the only thing on the sign was “now hiring”, with a few of them crooked and almost falling off..

Second, aftasking what kind of “family packs” they had because it was hard to read their sign since the lights outside were off (like I pointed out first), I asked if there was an option for the soft tacos to be supreme and she said yea but it’ll cost more.. After I found it on the menu, I was simply confirming the price that was on the screen and was rudely cut off every time I tried to say anything.. So I went ahead and ordered the 12 tacos pack- 6 hard shell tacos and 6 soft taco supremes (confirming several times the soft taco SUPREMES)..as well as a medium pepsi.. In my most cheerful voice I could muster. But she was just downright rude. Finally… when I got home just a few minutes ago, I opened it to serve to my family and low and behold, my order was completely wrong. ALL 12 tacos are hard shell tacos. One of the reasons I got soft tacos is because I don’t have very good teeth and can no longer eat the hard shells. So looks like I don’t get to enjoy dinner with my family tonight. And it’s not a cheap meal. $22+ which is a lot when I’m already on social security and just wanted to treat my family to dinner one night…

GET IT TOGETHER folks…. By the looks at the reviews, I’m not the only...
