All right lets be real; ... I've eaten at a lot of Thai places throughout this World, and a lot of pho from dozens of Authentic Vietnamese Eateries. Some places are good, some are...well, let's just say they're "experiences." But Wild Ginger? Wild Ginger is something beyond your Taste-buds.

Your palate will have a Field day!!! First, the Thai Beef salad. I don't know what kind of magic they're working back there, but that salad is a flavor spree. It's got that perfect balance of spicy, sour, salty, and sweet. The beef is tender, the herbs are fresh, and the roasted rice powder gives it this amazing nutty crunch. Honestly, it's addictive. And here's the kicker: order a side of rice with it. Trust me on this. That fluffy rice soaks up all those incredible juices, and it elevates the whole experience. It's not just a salad; it's a culinary masterpiece. Then, there's the beef pho. Oh, the pho. I've had my fair share of lukewarm, bland broths. But Wild Ginger's beef broth? It's like they simmered the soul of a cow for days. It's rich, deep, and intensely flavorful. The beef melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the noodles are perfectly cooked. It's the kind of pho that warms you from the inside out, the kind you crave on a cold day, or honestly, any day. It's not just soup; it's culinary excellence in a bowl.

Look, I'm not trying to be dramatic, but Wild Ginger genuinely impressed me. It's clear they care about the quality of their ingredients and the authenticity of their flavors. It's not just good food; it's really exceptional food. And honestly, it's worth every penny. If you're looking for a genuine, delicious Thai and Pho experience, go to Wild Ginger. Just go and order the Thai Beef salad with rice and this one-of-a-kind Beef Pho. You won't EVER regret it. Happy Thai'Beef'ing &...

How could I not write a review on the place that put me on to the deliciousness that is Panang Curry chicken?! I'm pretty sure that this place was my first Thai experience outside of Tin Drum. I've been here several times and they often offer some really good Groupon and Scoutmob deals. The crackers (not sure what they're called but they look similar to rice cakes) are really tasty! We usually have them bring out several while we wait for the actual food.

I've tried 2 entrees things here: The Panang curry chicken and the soft shell crab dinner. I've also has the crab and cheese rolls. The Panang curry chicken is definitely my favorite. I always try to eat half of it and bring the rest home but its just too good. I like to pour it over my white rice like a gravy. The chicken is delectable, the curry sauce is usually really flavorful and spicy. Writing this review is making me want to hop in my car and make my way out there but fortunately I'm pretty sure they are closed. The soft shelled crab was cool if you're into that. I think mentally I couldn't get passed the thought that I was eating the shell and legs of a crab.

The staff here is really friendly and attentive. In my experience, they are open to answering questions for any first timers and for those that have been going but want to try something different. I would and have definitely recommend this spot to others. The prices are very reasonable even if you don't use...

When was the last time when you discovered a hidden gem in restaurant that you found amazingly good and outstanding service ? I always wandered around to find these kind of gems. This restaurant was one of those finding. I came with family and from looks of it I knew its a mom n pop place which already made me think it would be good. The people there were really nice to us. When we ordered soup our server put it separate cups for us, like she really understood the assignment. Even when we ordered food she helped us choose the right dishes. All of the food was authentic and really good. Best part was their prices are also not crazy high, so shout out on that as well. We ended by ordering thai tea and mango rice which were so good that we have to come again for that only.

Suggestion for owner: You guys are doing awesome job. Hats off.

Suggestion for customer: Don’t leave without trying Thai Tea, it’s just perfect. We ordered to share but later regretted that we should have ordered separately instead.

My first time going; it was completely empty. I give it 4 stars because we felt kinda rushed. They close at 3pm & open back up at 4:30pm. We arrived at about 2:15pm & left just a bit under 3pm. Not even sitting down yet, was told they close at 3pm but throughout our time there we were told that 3 separate occasions. We chatted a bit but when our food came we went straight to business because of they’re closing time. We just felt rushed but food was great!! So I had ordered Edamame which I didn’t take a picture of, it lacked all flavor. I didn’t eat it. Just don’t order that $6. So to our entrée; I had Panang Curry (Spicy) the portion is massive, I ordered it off the lunch menu for $12. Friend of mine got the Soft Shell Crab w/ Spicy Basil Sauce (2 crabs) ordering off the dinner menu for $23. We also received 1 Vegetable Spring Roll, which came with our meals. Also had a few Coronas, so in all my total was $32.40

We had a party of 2 at 7:15 pm on a Thursday. There was no wait and we were seated right away. They give rice cakes for free, which was nice. We got the small Tom Yum Soup ($7). It was tasty, but at $7 for a small, it was overpriced. For entrees, we got Pad Kee Mao with chicken ($11 + $1) and Massaman Curry ($12 + $1). Both were delicious and the portions were big enough that we had leftovers. Beware that the Pad Kee Mao is spicy. It’s a little annoying that the chicken and tofu are an extra $1. I think it would make more sense to have those proteins as the base, and then beef, pork, or shrimp would be extra. Still, the prices aren’t bad. The service was very good. Our waitresses were so attentive. They were very helpful when it came to deciding what to order and which protein to get. We appreciated their honesty. I was not expecting much in terms of ambiance, but it’s actually nice inside! We’ll be back!
