Three months in with Lydia and her incredible workouts and I am feeling better and stronger than I have in more than a few years. Iâve always loved working out but some old sports injuries and what felt like general aging have kept me from being able to do what I have always done. Lydia was a game changer for me - the workouts are crazy hard but in the very best way! No, I donât do them perfectly (yet) but I love how I notice small strength changes and then suddenly really big changes all by staying committed and consistent.    Read moreFor about three weeks I have been alternating between arms/abs and glutes/thighs with three pound weights. I subscribed to Lydia's YouTube without program. Two days ago I tossed in the total body 45 minute workout. I'm 65 and thought I was in pretty good shape since I use to work out with my 10 and 15 pound dumbbells. Once I strapped on the 3 pound ankle weights I knew I was entering a whole new dimension of muscle toning. Lydia is very responsive to any questions or concerns.
