My experience is limited to the lunch service with fried rice/pad thai and a choice of meat and vegetable toppings.
The staff are always remarkably friendly, the price is quite reasonable, and the quality of the food at the price point is much better than I initially expected. The eggplant medly topping, in particular, is quite enjoyable.
The venue offers dine-in and to-go options, although the dine-in options seems to provide a significantly greater volume of food - nothing I can complain about, to be sure.
The location is convenient to the west side of the UIUC main/south quads - Gregory, David Kinley, and Lincoln halls in particular - and is no more than a minute's walk from two major bus stops on Wright. I bought 5 orders of shrimp pad Thai for myself and my family. The new packaging and portion size were amazing! The pad Thai was even better than I have ever had.
