I drove 20 minutes to pick up some food. Front desk employee repeats my order, brings it from the back and forgets an item. No problem, so I remind her and ask if she can check if another item I ordered made it to the receipt. She comes back with the first item but a size smaller than I ordered (3 oz vs 8 oz). When I ask to have that corrected, her attitude made me seem like I did something wrong.
Finally, I asked if I can buy the 2nd item since it wasn’t added to my order over the phone and I got the vibe she didn’t want to be there.
