No complaints with our cabinet install. Classy Closets did both our bathrooms and laundry room and are good on the cabinet side. However, if you’re doing a remodel absolutely avoid working with Jeff and his crew from Classy Closets. Their lack of communication through the process is very frustrating, we rarely knew who was coming out, when, and what they were doing. The work took much longer than anticipated because of scheduling issues. A workers foot damaged my ceiling as they were in the attic as he almost fell through. The first time the shower floor tile was placed it was not sloped properly and puddles of water would sit on the shower floor for days, which they eventually did come back out and fix. Throughout the process Jeff never showed up to review or approve anything his sub-contractors were doing.
A year later my shower pan is leaking. I reached out to the original project manager for the remodel, but he told me he left the company. Now I have a cracked tile on my wall and water damage showing up. Often after using the shower there will be a river of water running into the bathroom on the opposite side of the wall. The issue was communicated to Classy and a new project manager came out quickly to look at the problem and take photos. Then a month passed and the project manager ghosted me, and the contractor Jeff never called to address the problem. After calling the main Classy office someone got ahold of Jeff and he called me saying he would take care of the issue, but needed to stop by and look at it before scheduling me. After that Jeff again ghosted me, two more months have passed, and he will not respond to calls or texts. Stopping by the showroom/office they called Jeff’s “boss” but it went nowhere and I still have made no progress on getting the issue resolved. Definitely wish I would have chosen a different contractor, don’t make the...
Read moreWe started with Classy Kitchen and Bath for a closet and pantry remodel but ended to using them to remodel our kitchen as well. The closet and pantry came out exactly as we hoped but I was still hesitant about the kitchen. However we took a leap of faith based on how pleased we were with the first part of the project. I so happy we did. We worked with Diana for the kitchen design and installation. She was amazing. She was able to understand my vision for our historic kitchen and made it come to life in a way that I’m so beyond happy with. Our kitchen feels new but also like it has been there forever. There were a few minor issues (aren’t there always with a major remodel?) but Diana was there every step of the way sometimes noticing things before we did. They were always corrected quickly. Diana even made sure that our newly remodeled pantry got the finishing touches to make it tie seamlessly into our new kitchen. Overall we are very pleased and would definitely recommend them and Diana specifically for a...
Read moreI was surprised by how much better our kitchen looks after the reface we just finished. We struggled on whether to do the entire kitchen or a reface or refinish of the doors and outside of the cabinets of the kitchen. We didn't feel pressure to buy or decide which is what we liked best, our sales designer was very patient. We went through the showroom in Chandler 4 or 5 times to make sure we selected the best stain color and our Cambria Quartz to match our new tile and kitchen color. The granite samples were small so they sent us to the warehouse to see the big slabs which was helpful. We ended up doing quartz instead of granite. There was a door that was the wrong size and they came out the next day and put that on, other than that...
