Absolutely restaurant quality! I was hesitant to try fast food court Korean food, but was pleasantly surprised at the freshness & quality of the food! Tastes like all of the ingredients including sauces are house-made, NOT swimming in artificial sauces, and each individual part like the salad, pasta, & noodles each have their own unique flavors. I chose the Cupbop which is a mini- version of very huge bibimbap, and it was filling. I would say a great value too considering how much you get and the high quality. Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered the dish specifically because the photo showed it served in a stone bowl — I do not like eating hot food out of plastic containers. But to my shock, they served the sizzling bulgogi in a cheap disposable plastic bowl. Completely unacceptable. The older woman at the front made it even worse with her rude attitude and obvious lies while trying to make excuses. Her behavior was infuriating. The food is not bad, but definitely overpriced.

The spicy pork was very flavorful, the side dishes taste good too. But if I were to spend the same amount to get bunch of side dishes, spicy pork and rice. Would definitely go to a restaurant where the portion are bigger.

It’s convenient thought, just for a quick lunch.
